40:40 As the Enclave you need to build Civilian Power Grids in order to core states rather than spend political power like other factions in OWB. What this focus does is automatically add them to states you already have cored and gives you the ability to build more of them anywhere, allowing you to core everything if you can spare the civilian factories.
@@Taureor Well, it's sort of explained in the focus. "Allows you to build Civilian Power Grids, conecting the local population to your power grid and your control."

The main draw for enforcers as garrisons is they add hardness. Manpower loss from occupation bleeds many countries dry in OWB where manpower is precious and the extra hardness helps with that a lot. Enforcers are technically better, but cost more and usually are unnecessary.
Enforcers are the cheapest garrisons wanpower wise. If you want the cheapest in production cost, then use militias with dogs. I recommend the first one, knowing the general lack of manpower in the mod
@@Almirante1741 Yeah, it really doesn't help that a territory suffers a single total war and manpower is just gone from it forever. Conquer all of Caesar's Legion after a bloody, drawn out conflict? Well, there's no one there left to recruit. You killed them all.

Fun fact: You have a chance at meeting a character that is based on a character I voiced in a New Vegas mod. He goes by the name of Paladin Keetz. You meet him on the Reformer path, if you accept the Brotherhood
The harsher you are for the people of country the less factories and recourses you get from them like wasteland pacification doesn't give a lot factories but a lot of resistance reduction while sporadic outposts give a lot factories while allowing people to gain resistance so you need to pick or find option that suits you best
Enclave+ revamped the purist and Nevada reformer paths and, in my opnion, made them better. The american reformer path is still janky, but they are working on it. Considering the original Enclave Reborn dev quit, Enclave+ is the only way the submod's development is still going.
18:47. I am laughing. Indy Neidell is a desert fighting expert. A reference to when he played as T.E. Lawrence in Sabaton's song Seven Pillars of Wisdom. I wonder if Indy will get a kick out of that. Lol.
About purging officers/scientists: the decision to demote officers/scientists unlocks the purge focuses, it doesn't bypass them. So taking said focuses right away (when elite support is at the lowest) minimizes the stability loss. Edit: oh you figured it out :^)
Technically, Robots are the most manpower-saving garrisons since the bots are being built to suppress resistance, especially the Policetrons and Scrap bots. However, you'll need to build A LOT of them to handle resistance. The Macarthur Enclave is a good example of using them to save what little manpower you have.
In regards to the Lawless Wasteland thing, it's something that only comes into play if you decide to do a Purist playthrough, it takes control of any state with a high enough resistance value and joins you in wars to avoid cheese. I don't know why they didn't have something put into place so that it didn't exist unless you went purist, but that's why it's there.
Definitely leverage the production and use of vertibirds, very powerful for CAS damage and range. Plus, PA units are considered paratroopers too so you can definitely pull off some cheesy offensives with em. Glad to see your take on the enclave submod too!
PA are almost busted in OWB I feel... even as NCR if you go with Hayes. Yeah it's far easier to pump out an enormous amount of tanks and trucks and roll everything with motorized/armored if you can get the industry, but massed power armor battalions just crush right through 90% of the factions in the game, even if they have good tech and industry.
Seeing someone whose a better player than I playing my favorite fallout faction and not knowing anything is the best gift I could have gotten today. Thank you
Late, I know, but I’d just like to say it’s so refreshing to see someone play this game and this mod in particular as something other than a completely conquest-happy, always-on-the assault play style - particularly with the Enclave on the reform path!
24:38 so, Legitimacy is difficult to get but there's enough opportunities to take the hit for the prodigal sons, it's best to keep them for the War with the NCR, but thats just me
You only lose the PA from the Prodigal Sons if you take the legitimacy option, so it isn't a very big hit to take. If you're taking your time before hitting the NCR, you'll make up for the loss easily.
Hope you'll try other countries in owb as well. It's a great mod. I think Twin Mothers is a pretty unique nation. It has multiple styles depending on how you handle Lanius, and one of those is a path where you get capitulated and come back from the dead.
if you take the gunships and transports as starting gift in focuses you can cheese the AI by just airdropping your power armored divisons on top of victory points and end wars in days
The followers are the best, in all play throughs. They only take one factory. As long as you don't give in to their demands! If you give in to their demands, they'll keep demanding lol. So just call their bluff and they'll never threaten you again. You'll still get to build all those free factories etc...
With commander skills, Sniper and Commando work specifically for Special Ops units, they don't apply their bonus to Power Armor. You'd want Pain Train for that - as a bonus it leads to Savage Leader for Marshals, granting you 10% breakthrough.
It will be interesting to see where part two will go giving the Enclave is back after the fall of NCR. It will be interesting to see if it goes into a full conquest game or continuing to see what happens after all the majors fall.
The primary enemy would likely be the nuts Mexican nationalist AI that thinks it's Santa Anna, and definitely feels the need to take over everythig south of the Rio Grande, and possibly everything Mexico had before the Mexican-American War.
Idk if you already finished the playthrough but I’ll just say it (P.S This isn’t a spoiler or anything just basic mechanics) The segregation path is mostly horrible unless for role play or going for a path where you don’t care about legitimacy since they reduce the buffs and de buffs you get from the legitimacy mechanic.
