The swing is from How Could You Leave Us because of the porch swing in the video that most likely is a childhood memory, The balloons were introduced in Why along with the shopping cart. The river is possibly from Let You Down from the scene where he is drowning in a river while he watches. The balloons represent burdens while the people dressed in white represent good but all good things in his life carry some sort of burden which is why they have black balloons. Finally when NF is in the shopping cart at the end and the man in white puts the white clothes in his cart that shows that even though he is depressed there are people in his life (most likely either his family or his fans) that he still has to act like he is fine towards and he doesn't like that.
Also NF will be preforming at Lollapalooza this Summer so it is completely possible that he agreed to perform there to get eyes on him for this single to drop and then release an album (Search) right before Lollapalooza and perform it there as well.

I'm pretty sure the lady is supposed to be his mom that passed away. Notice how she doesn't move? As far as I can tell, she's the only female in the video too.

@@Sower777 I agree, and if you notice, there are black balloons tied to her swing that he touches and fans out, like flowers at a funeral. I think he is starting to fully understand that his mom had her burdens that she wanted to escape, but she kept them with her. Nate says in this song that "I wrote a song about that, you should play it!" He seems to be coming to terms with why his mom was the way she was.
The girl on the swing is his mom before she died of an overdose, and the people in his life that he still has to act like he's ok with is his dad, his dad was abusive and in "let you down" he quotes "I guess I'm a let down, but it's cool I checked out, but you wanna be friends now, ok let's put my fake face on and pretend now" as well as "sit around and talk about the good times, that didn't even happen, I mean why you laughin' must have missed that joke lemme see if I can find a reaction nope but at least your happy" so I feel he was definitely referring to his dad
And the "house" at the beginning of the song is from Mansion

Am i over 2 years late? Yes i am. But! In my theory the black baloons are his burdens. The ppl in white are mentally sane who came there with the same amout of burdens and are in therapy to get them away hence why he got a while suit in the end. But, notice how he said be brought a few burdens, meaning its too much for him to handle. So when he gets out and is free from the burdens he brought he has more he didnt bring with him hinting that he is stuck in a loop and can never truly get rid of them. Also hinting to his lines talking about the demons can never disapear, you just push them down and he thinks he killed them, hinting towards the while suits and therapy. But then the demons and burdens come back

In NF's album "Perception" the main concept was that the doors were locked, but the keys were in NF's hands. Because like Crypt pointed out that the cell from "Outcast" was in the background, and at the end of "Outcast" you can hear the keys clanging against the lock.....

My interpretation of the symbolisms in the video:
The balloons represent burdens. Everyone is wearing white (a mask to fit into society) and just wandering about in the wasteland called life (some being pulled and lead by their burdens). NF is wearing his true colours, trying to be himself, and so his track through the wasteland is more difficult.
The lady on the bench could be his mom that OD'd.
In the end he climbs into the cart, having a breakdown. And someone comes and gives him white clothes, signifying how he has to wear a mask (especially on stage) that everything is alright, to make it in life. Take the clothes and leave behind the cart. Even so he doesn't touch the white clothes, and sits in his cart that his burdens are tied to (you can think of the cart as his mind in a way).

This is for anyone new who may want to take the NF journey as we call it because he intertwines his music like marvel movies.
All four albums is like a connected series. For instance in his when i grow up song, paid my dues, leave me alone, and why song, the black smile is the fake smile that he mentions in therapy session song.
He hides eggs in his videos. In when i grow up song there was three hidden eggs in that song. A black balloon by the trash cans and in burger joint he grabbed at receipt that had the date and time of when his song time was being released. He had outcast name tag on in the janitor part from his Outcast song. Another example is in the search song he had cage in background he rapped in from his outcast song.
