Alicereware, Vitamix is really one of the very best. I have been using it since in the year of 2000, this is the best investment I've ever made. Use it at least 4 times weekly. Blessings
This is true. I have a Vitamix and it's great and is an option. However, if you're wanting to really kick up the AMOUNT of nutrients (by getting nutrients from MANY fruits and veggies) then you need to get rid of the pulp because otherwise it would be way too much to drink. I think both are good options. If you have a juicer you can juice and dehydrate the pulp and use for other things. For example, with veggies you can dehydrate and ground into a powder for soups and seasonings. For fruits you can dehydrate and use in smoothies, teas, or baked goods.

@@Sandrae7560 Rule of thumb, if the vegetable grows underground, it has a lot more sugar than those that grow above ground. And of course a couple apples have all the sugar you need for an entire day. Very easy to overdo sugar when juicing.
I use the Kuvings- Revo830, a bit more expensive than the Namawell J2, but I think is worth it. Just get a juicer and get started. Cheers to good health!

I have an Omega 8006. It's the only juicer I've ever had and I use it every day for the last ten years. It's a high quality slow-masticating juicer, but not as expensive as the upright ones like in this video. If you think you're going to stick with juicing, I'd definitely get a slow juicer of some kind, rather than a common centrifugal juicer with high RPMs. High RPM = oxidation and heat applied to the juice. However, be prepared to spend something like $250 instead of $100. Let me know if you have any questions.
So I’m wondering, if I were to dehydrate some of the ingredients and turn them into a powder (celery for example since it’s mostly water), would that make it less nutritious vs me just juicing it?

That is 100% not a cold press juicer, that's a masticating juicer. Wayyyy more often than not people don't understand what is and what is not a cold press juicer, as the name suggests it only presses the produce to extract the juice.

You are exactly right. People don’t realize that as soon as you drink it your sugar spikes

You're supposed to soak the nuts overnight and not put any hard pits through them.
Looks great, but I'd rather eat them and get the full nutrition, including the fiber. Most of ou boby's systems depend on fiber to function correctly.

That's a lot of sugar. Try adding green vegetables like kale, celery, cucumber to keep sugar down.
