This is some serious contemporary heavy metal. Do not expect this band to deliver another "Among the Living", they are not kids anymore, it's not 1987, they are inspired and driven by different things and in a different way. It's just an amazing song.

Love it! It's fresh, it's new, and it's 100% "Anthrax". I love how they have grown musically over the years but still manage to capture the signature Anthrax sound and keep it fresh. Great job guys!
F the Haters. I LOVE this song. Its great. It does sound like a producer had a hand in its structure and melodies, radio friends of course but does t make it weak. Its heavy and killer hooks.
I've been into Anthrax since the first album and this album is killer. I hope the next one is in a similar vein. 100% Metal. Heavy, melodic with Joeys cool vocals. I know he gets hate but I really think his voice compliment the sound.

Crazy how, to me at least, Joey's vocals have improved immensely since the old days over the past 2 releases. He's really singing well instead of sing-talking like he used to. Really impressed based on how other vocalists seem to deteriorate with age.
This will be the last time we get Slayer,Anthrax,Megadeth and Metallica releasing albums against each other

+Kyle Kari For real man, I bought Havok's "Time Is Up" album on a whim, best impulse buy I've made.That being said, Megadeth's new stuff is...questionable. The Threat is Real was, in my opinion, a rubbish song. The vocal distortion is atrocious and listening to Dave's born-again-Christian republican politics doesn't belong in a Megadeth album. He'll never go back to singing stuff like "Looking Down the Cross." I dunno, I really hope it's good, but that single turned me way the fuck off.

I still think Worship Music is one of the finest albums Anthrax ever released, beginning to end (and I've been listening to them since I was a teenager, when their first album came out). And if this is any indication of where they are on the new album, they just may top themselves!!
Who would have ever believed that Anthrax would be the most relevant band still going from the original thrash movement, they have now hit a level of consistency that the current Metallica, Slayer and Megadeth can only dream about.
Stop saying its thrash or heavy or hard rock. It's fucking METAL.

I actually did not pay any attention to the fact that the new Anthrax record is coming out soon, but just now that I took the time to listen to this track, I am willing to give it a chance. It definitely does not sound like anything I would have expected.

I started HS in 1982 and a guy who rode the bus with me to school every day starting telling everyone about the band that his sister's boyfriend had recently started and how big they were going be. He was talking about Scott Ian (who married his sister but sadly they divorced some years later) and his band, of course, was Anthrax. Here we are nearly 40+ years later talking about how awesome a (relatively) recent song of theirs is. Hope lives.
Scott mentions her a couple times in his book, she seemed a bit bizarre.

Thrash and speed metal is my thing and I LOVE this song! Catchy, hookey, heavy, and the solo is very melodic. Of course I think Joey just owns it on this song. His double harmonies at the end are sweet.

JESUS this is weak. It's like Stadium Rock. For a band that released such great songs as, 'Metal Thrashin' Mad, 'Madhouse', 'I Am The Law' and 'Make Me Laugh', this is just awful. Anthrax were one of my favourites but I won't be getting this. The Soldiers Of Metal sound battle beaten.
