My second character in the game (first place goes to Jungo). I like how he's always helping the MC and letting him choose the path he wants. I was sad in his path where he become the world, not living with the MC and his friends.
He basically wants people to realize their potential, and you have to convince him to truly turn against God so he can see his motive actually get through
Lucifer's epoxy and the favorite character in the game. He doesn't lie, he doesn't steal, he doesn't manipulate you, he does everything in his power to help you out til the end. God I cried so hard...

Like a brick wall. His base HP and MP are ridiculously high, so giving him some Almighty and Healing stuff with good resists makes him quite the contender.
The Anquished One, Al Shadaiq. The character most analogous to Lucifer, as usually represented in the Shin Megami Tensei, present in Devil Survivor 2. I naturally fell in with him quicklike.
Same here. I literally hear Josh's voice whenever AO talks. If Atlus ever does an overclocked version of DS2, they have to cast Joshua's voice actor as the Anguished One.
Very late reply, but I assume you mean Joshua from TWEWY? If so, I'm glad they didn't because Joshua and Anguished One look similar, but that's it when it comes to similarities. Joshua's a hilariously snarky dickhead, and Al is a total bro who did nothing wrong.
Then good news for you sir (unless you've already know about it). They will be releasing a 3DS version of DeSu2 and I'm guessing that it will have high chances of getting localized.
Is was talking about Lucifer himself, and not chaos but I'll bite. It is also the aligment of freedom of choice, thought and action. Law obviously sucks, so I scrap that off the list. Chaos and Neutral are both much better but most neutral endings leads to no change of the status quo. I would rather see a world with a constant change without a status quo than what happends in the neutral or law endings.
This makes me ask this what was everyone's favourite party to use? like an example who did you use the most in all honestly my party is usually Airi,Joe and Jungo in that order....
I mostly used Io, Fumi and either Jungo or Yamato. Io is scaringly powerful with Chaos Wave and Double Up, and Deathbound allows her to do plenty of damage thanks to her high attack stats. Fumi had max Mag. by the end of the game and Drain and Megidolaon allow her to deplete the enemy's health within seconds, and Yamato is the same as Io, though I used him more in close range… same for Jungo, except he was a physical character, unlike Yammy who was more magic oriented
I still think that the Anguished One's ending is the best one in this game. Endings where the status quo is overthrown, and the one who does the overthrowing doesn't impose their own will are the best ones, even if that leads to uncertainty for the affected group at large. The supposed "best ending" is just a reset to the old status quo.

I've noticed that people keep comparing Saiduq to Lucifer, but he is more heavily based after Prometheus when you get down to it...
Lailah Abbadon but why?
Why do u even call him Sauduq when hes name is Alcor
His name is also Al Saiduq

The Anguished One kind of reminds me of N from Pokemon.
Not to mention, his questions to relate to N’s questions and personality very well.

I prefer using Jungo rather than using Keita.
Same.
Why does this sound like the LAW theme from the original game?
MC, Otome, Fumi and Keita, also in that order.
Is it just me, does he even look like him too!?
Chaos also causes anarchy where evil people can rape, kill, and steal all they want without getting punished.
e-tier argument
And tell me, how is Law any better? At worst, Law creates a world where no one has free will, a world where one's fate is preordained for an eternity
Hey, it worked, didn't it?
Kind of.
What made lucifer evil in your opinion ?
His jealousy of humans and desire to see them fail.
