Bhaiya mai other state ka hu mujhe bengal me 9 years hogya rehte hue lekin domicile nahi ho paaaya. Kya mai abhi bhi domicile certificate banwa ke submit kr slta hu(maine form other state se bhara tha) Pls reply

Can a student who has taken admission in a college through centralised counselling take part in decentralised counseling? Suppose he applied for decentralised but didn't get admitted through it in that case will his seat through centralised will also be cancelled??
