- This is an easy recipe to make light and fluffy eggless pan cakes at home!

1 & 1/2 Cup all purpose flour (maida)
1 Tbsp baking powder
1/4 Tsp baking soda
1/4 Cup powdered sugar
A pinch of salt
1 & 1/4 Cup Warm milk (add a little more if needed)
2 Tbsp butter
Some watermelon to serve with the pancakes
Some honey or maple syrup

well maple syrup suits the best but you can use those chocolate syrups you know..the one used for drizzling over milkshakes and stuff.
