Con todo respeto que se merece, el que se expresa de esa forma es por que no tiene ni en mente de que trata el programa Spinning. Spinning no es subirse en la bicicleta sudar a cantaros, salir con nauseas y que las piernas tiemblen, en este vídeo el Sr G nos muestra una clase de recuperación cardíaca donde se trabaja a una baja intensidad cardíaca, todas aquellas personas que aun piensan que el spinning es salir desmayado de clase están muy equivocados y mal informados
i admit, that in this class he has everyone hooked in, but i think that people in the uk would not really get this, its needs to be a little harder edged but keeping the principles the same. "Be honest in the regular spinning or RPM you can be glad if you have 2 or 3 people who do excactly the same as you do" as a poster commented...well i think if you can inspire, motivate through saying the right things at the right time and your choice music you can, and i always feel i do..

la verdaad me gusta pero, hoy en dia eso no sirve, para quemar grasa relamente, dificilmente eso no nos servira, esa intensidad es sub aerobica y lamentablemente poco, en toda su sesion alcanzaremos a mejorar sistemas internos!
I bet Johnny G didn't cycle in Race Across America with pseudo-cult teachings. I'm not sure I'd like a collective hug after some of my Spinning classes though :-)
is this some sort of spin suicide pact?? do they all drink a potion at the end! i dont want to relax in my spin classes, i want to rip that bike apart until my legs feel like they are going to burst!! its called fat burn...not brainwashing to nosh off the instructor at the end!!...just totally weird!!

@yvor4u , you´re mistaked, when you feel pain in your spinning class, is because you´re doing somthing wrong.
