Wow theres alot more to these than i thought. I went looking for these after i found em in yakuza 0 game. Are there places to race these in the US? Ive seen alot for japan.
Yes, there are a handful of places on the East and West Coast. You can find info on them by searching on Facebook
What's the best tires to use for bmax set up? Small or medium. Hard or super hard?
It depends on the track. I would have some different wheels and tires on hand so you can interchange them as necessary.

what batteries can you recommend? for mini 4wd
For Tuned Class/BMAX, most people will recommend rechargeables. The pink Fujitsus or equivalent Eneloops. I use Fujitsus sometimes, but I still like alkalines.
Do you know where to play mini 4wd in Dallas Fortworth area?
I'm not sure, but I do know there is a Facebook group called "Texas Mini 4WD" with many devoted racers on it. They might be able to tell you
