- Welcome to the first official episode of my 151 Pokemon Crochet Challenge, which is my first yarn haul of the series!
I'm going to be free-hand crocheting all 151 of the original Pokemon, in my personal crochet style (which is usually baby style)! And I will be crocheting them all in order from 001-151! Whether its a flop or turns out amazing, I will be bringing you guys along on this journey with me, showcasing all of the trails and errors. I'm really excited to get started on 001, which is Bulbasaur! So stay tuned and make sure to subscribe to keep updated on how he turns out :)

I now see why hobbii has been sold out of all my favorite baby snuggle colors😂😂😂 The candies are The best part tho

The purple won’t go to waste because you can definitely use it for venonat and other Pokémon down the line!

Found you on insta. Crochet Pokemon was a challenge I had set myself once. I started with bulbasaur but quickly started doing them out of order. I’m still going on my dedicated insta. 22 done so far…

In love with this challenge. Maybe you can have a little group of crocheters that help you write and pattern test. That way is only them asking questions and less struggle to write and post pattern tester calls.

That purple would be perfect for the Nidoking line. I’m sure it works for other Pokémon too but I saw it and thought of nidoking immediately

I think you have a great plan! I love HOBBII yarns I think you will enjoy them. They just came out with a new one called Toucan and I LOVE it! It's basically Honey Bunny in different colors ways.
I think as long as you are enjoying this then go for it. But definitely change it up once in awhile cause yah, burnout can be rough to come back from. Good luck! :)

I think its hobby since yarn is used for hobbies maybe? Also, that purple would be great for some ghost type pokemon and some of those orange colors remind me of Vulpix for sure!

Hi! I’m not sure if you would know this, but is Hobbii similar to Bernat Blanket in thickness? I know that they are both weight 6 but I’ve noticed that different brands vary. I pretty much exclusively use Bernat blanket and they don’t have a brown color so I am looking for other options! Thanks!
These def are way way thinner than bernat blanket!!! Sometimes I use chenille home slim/sweet snuggles lite with bernat blanket and don’t have issues. It is a tad different thickness wise but it depends what you’re making I guess :)

I've been looking for someone who has both honey bunny and baby snuggle from hobbii ❤ how well do the two go together? I'm a total honey bunny fangirl, but gotta wait so long for colors to get back in stock is a pain😢 so I'm looking for alternatives. Tips are welcome, love your work and all the yarn ❤❤❤
I’ve never used them together before or used hobbii yarn in general!! I was recommended them in the comments and people said that they work up perfectly together so fingers crossed 🤞🏻 If I remember I will update you when I use them!!
