    This is called ADHD. As a therapist, I would have thought you would have at least mentioned it as a reason.

      This is part works issue. Or personalitiy traids issue. The label doen not matter as much as finding solutions

      Yeah! ADHD here - late diagnosis and did these 4 things all my life!

    Or you have ADHD, in which case it’s not self-sabotage but lack of dopamine: Neurobiological depletion over which you have no control rather than a behavioural pattern stemming from developmental/relational deficits.

    Self-sabotage is tricky ..., but, for sure, it could not be the felt sense ...(of anything!)
