I went to the shelter looking for a dog but was not looking for any specific breed. I adopted my little 6 month old puppy Tanner. He was listed as miniature poodle and cocker spaniel. He was sweet, friendly, SUPER SMART, and easy to train because he wanted to please me. When I adopted him he was shaved all the way down to the skin but when his hair started to grow in he became sooo pretty. He is still handsome and one of my two loves in my life. You can get a wonderful dog from the shelter; even designer breeds like Cockapoos!!

My cockapoo would fit in oatmeal boxes and medium yogurt cups. So damn cute. Now he's about to be two years. But with fractured ribs. That we can't afford to get surgery on.
As puppies they are VERY energetic! but soon calm down and are very intelligent, we have looked after our daughters when in heat because there are 4 and one is a male. We have one at this moment and she cuddles up to my wife, she's her favourite human! the plan was to breed her, but the male hasn't a clue what to do, so I've suggested a do it yourself video for him. 'Joke' oh you knew it was.
I have a cockapoo she is 6 and has epilepsy studies show that both a poodle and a cocker spaniel and known for having seizers just keep that in mind when you are buying this kind of dog .

He's so adorable, the tennis ball is almost as big as his head lol. When we got our cockapoo at 8 weeks, he was quite a bit bigger than that.
