The art, the sounds, and the music are simply unparalleled with Diablo 1. So iconic and unforgettable. One of the greatest games of all times.
After watching this, I'm almost embarrassed to admit how long it took me to beat this game for the first time. I kept trying to turn my rogue into a tank. She was pretty much invincible by the end, though...
Imagine showing up to a town, on the verge of collapse due to a demon infestation/invasion. Only to destroy the root of all that evil in less than 2 hours. XDDD How flabbergasted the town folks must be.

When I was younger my dad kept telling me to just hang the butcher on the stairs but I wouldn't listen, felt like cheating lol glad to see it hasn't died.

Sometimes, the random layout of the level arrange a cell cage with a door. All you have to do is walk inside the cage, then close the door and bingo, the Butcher can’t open it , then all you have to do is sling a few shots with a bow and there you have it… Butcher is dead meat.😆

The game is free, hellfire isn't, also don't get the Belzebub mod, it makes the game harder, but in a cheesy way.

Hat du schon mal Beelzebub Mod gespielt? Ist umfangreicher und deutlich schwerer.
Belzebub versucht glaube ich Diablo 2 zu imitieren, das finde ich nicht so interessant. Es gibt auch noch The Hell mod, aber bei beiden mods muss man glaube ich ewig grinden um ganz durchzukommen, das ist nicht so mein Ding.
Ok, mittlerweile heißt es einfach nur HD Mod.
Nachdem, was ich so gesehen habe, soll es eher eine Art erweiterte Version vom Spiel sein, alle Quests sind drin(anstatt abwechselnd bei neuem Spielstart), nicht verwendete Quests, Videoszenen und auch Bosse(z.b. der Schmied vom Anvil of Fury - so eine Art Butcher auf Speed). So schwer, wie das aussieht, aber wohl echt nur mit dem Magier durchspielbar.
Does the Undead Crown actually has the ability to steal the life on striking? I never have seen it working no matter what...
It only works on melee attacks. It's quite useful though, one of the better helmets for warriors. On the rogue I'm only using it for the armor value.

Butcher was scary as fuck, but those rhino demon things out of damn nowhere in the dark OOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGHHHH. They don't have that kinda shit in D3 or 4, hell even D2. Diablo 1 is king of diablo spook

Rogue is my favorite char, I always hunt for a "of the bear" suffix bow, for those pesky bosses / unique monsters.

If you're going to suggest what you've been doing with rogue, the proper term for that would be 'melee only rogue'.
@@JohnnyCasey it's just melee rogue and if you're a hardass you can add "nm" to the end. Call it whatever, doesn't matter.

The term 'no magic melee rogue' could be mislead the reader to think the restrictions to this build are no magic *and* melee.
To people who have played this game may not suffer from such mislead, but for those who haven't played this game and don't know anything about the class Rogue? The term can definitely mislead them. It does matter.

You should play the best mod for diablo: belzebub, or play the new diablo 2 ressurrection, would be great!
I'll probably do some Resurrection once they have ironed out some of the issues!
