You don’t need any certification. I have never had a client asked me anything about any certification or academic qualifications and I never presented any to clients.
This is because VA clients only care about results, what you can do for them. In most cases certifications and academic qualifications are irrelevant.
You just need to have attractive samples.

No is not the same.
Email customer service is for example, if you work for someone who has an online store, when his customers have any issues they will send you an email about their issue, whether they want to change their delivery address or cancel their orders or they received a damaged product. This is email customer service.
Email management is simply managing your client email inbox. If for example you work for a company CEO, he or she will be receiving a lot of emails every day, and your job will be to check every email and delete the ones that are not important, respond to the ones you can and compile the important ones to the CEO.
