100% agree with everything you said in this video. I'm doing 1-3 videos a day. I just got approved last week. It took less than 48 hours from the time I uploaded my 3 videos to approval. I'm going to focus on creating good reviews...good thumbnails. Whether this program lasts a week or 10 years, I still want to spend my time doing something that's actually helpful. It's an exciting program. I hope those pumping out garbage don't ruin it for the rest of us.
One thing to remember is that you get commissions on everything that the customer adds to their cart and purchases within 24 hours after they watch the video for your item. So it doesn’t matter if you list a bottle of mayonnaise and the customer watches your video and then purchases an additional hundred dollars worth of groceries. I love the spaghetti model personally. I feel like the more items that are listed on there the more chances I have of somebody watching a video or adding that item to the cart and then me getting paid for it.
Amazon did make a change recently to the Influencer program. They changed it to only include items in the same category as the item linked to the video. (As in the example you provided in your comment with the mayo and groceries.) However, that being said, the Amazon Associates program still honors the "anything in their shopping cart 24 hr" rule.
My 3 videos got accepted today. Applied only 3 days ago. Excited to get going, alot or catching up to do. So this has made me think...so true about people going to wallmart and do reviews on 100's of products. Amazon will definitely shut this down eventually. There are no shortcuts.
@@nickwoo1 thank you! Yeah, I was expecting weeks from what everyone else was saying! Definitely going to be more purposeful about the videos I shoot.
@@nickwoo1 btw your thumbnails are very professional. I'm in two minds about professional looking thumbnails. Maybe they more "amatuer style" thumbnail works better, as it looks more real to the consumer.
This is awesome Nick. Started 2 weeks ago and without even watching your video thought myself to do the Skewer technique. So far I have about 45 videos and making about $50 a day which for me is great money. You are 100% right in my opinion. Will keep watching your stuff! great content and quality
@@Braveheartsbiblestories if it is a video for a product with high demand and competition that can happen yes. Mostly all of my videos end up listed on the product page, I'd say 85%.
Hey Nick, thanks for the info on this program. My TH-cam channel started gaining traction and I had the affiliate links for my business products and fell into learning about the influencer program. Is their a duration of time the buyer has to watch in order to get the commission if they buy?
Those people that are going to Walmart and doing that shit are pissing me off . I’m in that reddit group that you’re talking about and it’s crazy hearing that people are doing that! I really take time to be efficient in my videos and reviews and making my thumbnails and I want it to pay off ya know
I am definitely into creating good content instead of spaghetti content. How many videos can you upload per ASIN ? I know that they have to be different. Just got approved today.
Thanks for the video! I got accepted on Christmas Day 2022 and started off with the "Spaghetti" method reviewing anything and everything in my house that's on Amazon. Ran out of things to review after about a month. I've received a few free products from companies in recent weeks but free products aren't always good to review if they are not popular and no one knows about them. Anyway, do you have a video on your results so far in the program? Would love to see one if you don't!
Lmao ayy man nice video n the doritos was me!!!! Lmao I'm also on reddit alot ...but you right food & ect can be a time waste but I just do than anyways because I feel like just having the video can be a pro later on I made 10 from the doritos lol n I try to stick to 2 videos a day so I finally time for Me to invest I totally agree some ppl are cheating n doing reviews in stores it's not fair for the ppl actually own the products ..also amazon shuffle the videos around so some ppl get 3 or 4 videos on same product page n not fair ..hope they fixed that ...but i will advise ppl to do the same just review everything you have down to your underwear before you go to stores n start faking reviews
Does Amazon rotate videos? I have products all around the house that’s great for a video but all of them already have 6 videos. I’m not sure if you’d know but if they do rotate vids how often are they rotated? Just don’t want to waste time on them if they’re not going to be seen.
This is a great informative video, how can I register to the program, I did not get approved due to low subscribers count, i learned that need 20, but this is a long way to go for me
I noticed another influencer is posting coupon codes for her customers to use. I have seen the coupon items on Amazon but they're applied at checkout and Im not sure where/how shes getting the actual coupons to send to them. Are you familiar with this? Thx for the video!!
I have a question! My brother and I have an Amazon influencer account tied into our social media that is based off of a service based business that we own! We are on our second attempt of on-site commissions, is there any rules stating that he hast to be the one making the Review videos or can I attempt for the third time that we have left to get approved for on site
Hey can you please guide me! I got my first denied as I don’t know what type of videos i should post and now instead of 3 videos it showing that -15 of 3 videos? I deleted all the other videos and posted 3 videos but it’s now now saying -12 of 3 videos .
Hey how much time has passed since you got approved and got first profit? cause i've been approved a week ago and make 30 videos (some of them get on amazon page) but i still didn't get any commissions
Hi this is a very useful video. My girlfriend got accepted using her amazon account and tiktok with 1k followers and high engagement on comments. However, most of the products we've bought are on my amazon account. Does it matter if I make her review videos on the products we've bought together on my account?
I believe if the product being reviewed is sold on Amazon regardless of where you bought it, (even if got from best buy, walmart, etc) you can make a review and upload
@@i-weapon that i am not sure of. I just got accepted into the program and approved for onsite commissions. officially starting my posting/journey tomorrow!
From my understanding, that is not allowed. There are people being shut down every day for making duplicate videos or making multiple videos about one product. Highly risky.
@@Dano23 I’m sorry! Don’t give up! Make sure your next 3 are the best quality over good products and I would try to make a nice thumbnail just for finishing touches!

Is it better to sign up under your amazon seller llc or individual?
How do we review amazon products? I just got signed up and feel clueless is there a step by step?
What software are you using to find the perfect products?
How long do you think the Amazon influencer program will be around. And why would Amazon remove the program?
