Wow! ALL of these things happen to me ALL the time. Never stop. Sometimes stronger, sometimes subtle, but it happens ALL the time. So nice to have some kind of validation. I have absolutely nobody to talk to so I just let my spirit guides guide to me the right things, like this.

This has started happening this year. I have the ringing and at times I can hear "people" talking and it is brilliant but goes so fast I can't write it down. I now have moments of intense joy that brings exuberant energy with it. I don't see the light and energy - but I hope that is a "yet". Powerful rushes of clarity that actually change how I see myself or others (and heal emotions). And a huge sense of love for all and connection. Thank you God for these blessings.
I've experienced all that and today it's December 22nd. I have been seeing 22 and 11 many times in the last few days. 🙏

I channel what I refer to as my "Mother Feather." I have channeled 2K pages of poetry that my twin flame and I know is coming from a higher consciousness. My mother thinks I'm just crazy and that I'm bipolar with delusions but I know that I am channeling and I am very happy to have seen this video. Thank you very much.
I am also bipolar and was undiagnosed for two decades that often felt like hell. I can confidentially say it was only after being properly medicated that I began to channel, awaken, and have immense such immense clarity. Thank you! I am.perfectly healthy and born extremelybspiritual! Instinctively knew the ringing in my ears (with time) is spiritual!❤ Have always seen spirits since little and thought everyone "sees!' Only discovered in my teens it's not so! I'm in my early 50's, so it was a while back! Much later in my life, i've been told by a total stranger at a spirit festival in London (uk), that i'm clairvoyand! This explained all the clear pictures in my head! Also experienced OBE's, (even while totally awake) and time lapses (time does not exist). Trust me!😊

I call that listening to the Universe humming/singing...I experience that almost every day at least once. Whenever I don't hear the singing for a couple of days, I can ask, and the singing comes.

Please don’t wear rings on your thumbs. I don’t see any in this video but have in previous ones. It attracts unwanted/negative energy. Stay strong and look into Inner Engineering so you can take control of your mind instead of mind controlling you. You are worth it. Good luck on your journey. ❤

This number 8 sign is so typical for me all my life.
I have been like this since childhood in contact with every age of persons younger or adult/older.
These who came in contact with me about this said that I was very wise in that young age so even adult ones listen to my advice I remember.
Well the other signs from 1-8 is something I can recognize in my life now and then.
A woman friend I have known in soon 20 years now tells me that she has never met a person who is so different from all the rest she have met in life and she also says that I have a glow around me (my aura?) when I am in a crowd so I stand out.
You are so much alive positive in your energy she says.
She call me the ’happy tornado’.
I don’t know what to believe about her words?
But then these few men I have had longer relationship with in my life (karmic lessons with) they said they saw me as an angel (earth angel?) because of my white heart so empathic and kind and patient with everybody but still everyone of these men betrayed me.
Sad life betrayed since childhood even my parents betrayed me and I have always felt I did not belonged on this earth realm at all.
Too much evil around and I always wanted good for them I met and felt their energies and sadness and tried to heal them with my personality.
Yes these ringing in my ears absolutely.
Yes I m a singer songwriter in my way and I have no problem at all to improvise a melody with lyrics in comfort for someone in need and yes I feel words come very easy to me and it feels good to make another person be in peace with him/herself after my kind but important honest words about what I feel at once about them.
Maybe I care too much but I can’t help it I m like this to other adult ones as troubled people children and animals especially in crisis.
But I have been more silence in caring because many missunderstand me and think that I want to control them sadly, which never is my thinking at all no but my intuition tells me that they are on the wrong path and that is sad but in fact it is their life their choices so my spiritual awakening teach me also to be silence to not give my caring advice to people anymore than I did before.

You talk about channeling and physical experience
I noticed that my hands are getting warm and I feel very intense and not pleasant sensation on top of my head but not only during meditation but randomly, out of nowhere. Can you explain what this means ? Maybe someone has similar experience
I have had similar issue with an extremely tender, sensitive (practically painful to the touch) sensation on the top of my head/scalp which started back in 2018-19 (I can vividly remember the first time I was aware of it, but time & I have a difficult relationship...so I'm guessing it to be between 2018-2020, I remember my environment, just not the specific time/date)... it continues to happen randomly (or maybe not so random & I just wasn't "aware" of the meaning/purpose behind). there have been a few other things also, which I have always chalked-up to medical issues I have....but as time goes on, I'm learning that many of these things are not at all what I thought. please let me know if you have found out anything more about the head sensation.... much gratitude! love & light... re

I was sleeping too!!!! 👊😛 When we hear that we know answers to our questions our first reaction is : wtf !!! No! I don’t know!!!! and we roll our eyes! 🤣

We have to be patient and passionate, and we need to practice meditate , calm our mind, release all of the unwanted thoughts and false beliefs We have to be grounded and our thoughts,feelings have to align with our heart desire When we master this things ,answers we are looking for will flow to us without even trying I incorporate this practices into to my daily routines Sometimes short break from our everyday tasks . just to breathe can be beneficial

If I may add; and this is hardly acknowledged not really spoken about - many song writers, composers, artists, performers, athletes connect to higher energy (They channel affectively) it literally takes over at times.
We aren't encouraged to believe that we are walking God's. We are literally programmed to doubt ourselves. Its no wonder so many of us feel afraid of our capabilities to channel and heal.
But things are beginning to shift. The sleepers are beginning to wake up.
It's like popcorn in a pot on the stove 🍿. First it all looks dormant then slowly everything begins to change.
