Milford Plaza Hotel (Lullabuy of Broadway [Original?])

If you lived in the Tri-State area in the '80s & '90s, chances are you know this spot by heart because the local stations up there played it ad nasuem! Various copies of this ad are already on TH-cam, but this might be the 1st rendition of the classic "Lullabuy of Broadway" commercial.
