Very basic yet similar to old American logbooks. The U.S. logbooks my company gave us had a reverse side page with the vehicle inspection forms. I haven't used or needed a log for years. I believe most all American truckers are required to use the electronic log system now in the States. American "State Police", DOT (department of transportation), and/or PUC (public utilities commission) officers can be quite particular about, and very unfriendly when it comes to logbook infractions.
Yes. You are right. We have electronic logbooks as well but they are not compulsory yet. One mistake in your logbook is $150 and 10 demerits. It can get quite nasty.

Hi. it is compulsory to write it down on a first logbook entry of your Cumulative Work Period, but it is not compulsory for cumulative work days within your period. I would watch following video to help you understand: th-cam.com/video/k3gxgdTB8po/w-d-xo.html
Its all about the 24 hour break, remember a cumulative work period is 24 hour break to 24 hour break so it could be one day or more, just do not exceed your maximum hours of 70 hours
The fellas gave you a very good explanation. You need to remember that work hours matter not the days. Usually people from other industries have same approach in terms of days. In trucking industry we never stop. Some work day and some work night. Keep your hours at check with required rest breaks;)
Q1:Lets say you are working within the 50km radius of your base and it might be another 2 weeks until you drive Out of that 50km radius. Do i have to fill out pages for the dates i worked “within” that 50 km radius up until i drive “out” or no? Q2:If i do have to fill out pages working within the 50km radius am i able to use 1 page for more than 1 day ? Thanks in advance
If you are not working during this hour - yes you can;) but i would only put 30 min as a rest break from 1 hour of waiting as most of us only get paid for work hours ;)
I've been driving high on Meth for the last week and don't take breaks at all anymore.
Lol.

No.
Is it compulsory to write down "last 24 hour" break on each page of logbook? Or just on the first shift of work period?
Thanks

Can you please answer how many days is commulative work period
Theres no days but you can’t work more then 70 hrs a week and a maximum of 13 hours a day
70 hours a week - 24 hr rest
13 hours a day - 10 hr rest

Hi mate.
I have covered it in this video th-cam.com/video/_TfWiXkCfg4/w-d-xo.html
Your Logbook is new but the one in the presentation is old.
On the new logbook you write your days off down to the bottom of the page.
Cheers
Hey mate can we put 1 hour waiting time as rest break in logbook?
