I think it would be wise, for those who do not believe in the Book of Mormon yet believe in the Bible, should read Isaiah again, pray and ask the Lord if Isaiah was speaking about the Book of Mormon. This is very specific, and should be more helpful for people to be able to receive revelation, if they are willing to pray with an open heart, seeking to know the truth, and to be followers of Jesus Christ.
