Bro I don't think we'll ever fully recover. I was married to a covert narc and the mental scars do real damage to the brain and literally changes you. The word gets thrown around lightly and incorrectly nowadays but when your in a relationship with a Real one it's no joke and nothing to make light of. They F the children up too, they are scary demons man. Wish luck to you in your healing journey
