Oh! I should probably mention that the base Surviving Mars game is going to be free on Steam for the next 24 hours! I obviously recommend you try it out! ► rebrand.ly/FREESurvivingMars
Thanks for the great content Pravus . I hope this series is a long one and as or more enjoyable as the rest of your series. Ps I've watched you for 3 years now and watched a large majority of your content.
I know that this is a little off-topic but um, my kittens were glued to the TV as the video was playing: They were watching the moving mouse pointer. That made my day.
The scrubber is always great as it reduces maintenance cost, period! Note having 2 Scrubbers, allow them the maintain each other. I like to make a hexagonal service area with 6 moisture, power, oxygen and fuel. Three scrubbers handles all the maintenance.
also having one in early game is massive. you can fill the range completely with wind turbines and it only cost the triboelectric scrubber to maintain. power solved
Glad to see another run at this game. You got me into it watching the max difficulty run and have been seeing adverts for the dlc so interested to see the content. Keep up the great work!
The ramp bug was not fixed in the release version. Also, have you noticed you get a lot of stuff for scaning anomalies, like two events instead of one.
And some interesting issues with the new asteroid ship, I had an incident where every time I tried to load an RC rover onto the ship it disappeared, the same issue with drones. they just vanished. When I scrapped the ship they all reappeared, stacked on top of each other but they were all locked in position.
For most runs, get the hub. It's such a late game tech that only requires fuel when you need it, doesn't consume much power, and is clutch for getting a 2nd dome started on prime turf.
Pravus, please, please... please... When you'll be doing your new max difficulty let's play, make sure to have as low temperatures as possible... and call the colony Winterhome! :D
So excited about the sponsored playthrough! I am very happy that you got the opportunity and I'm looking forward to spending way too much time watching this series!
I saw a video by talking about this with you talking in it and explaining it Just pop up as a add/video I don't remember which it was as once I heard you were talking in it I drop Everything I was doing and came looking to see if you made a video And god and behold you did am actually excited for this as it add the change to managing your colony above and below so it's actually very good and how I think it's best to have both above and below as so you have a way to get resources both ways and you won't die of one fails As said in the video you talk in the elevator is your lifeline in the below ground Besides that I would love this and hope this keeps going till you finish this anyway hope this goes good for you
This is your chance for Pravsburg Imperialism to be sponsored by Paradox! Take it! In all seriousness, gratz on the sponsorship. Been watching a while and its a blast. Here's to more and perhaps a return to the HOI IV EAW mod in the future.
Have you ever noticed the endless dust storm bug after the terraforming has stopped all dust storms from occurring? Once this bug is triggered, you can no longer utilize anything that is usually hampered by dust storms. But now it lasts indefinitely. Also, rockets can no longer land on or take off from Mars. Thoughts? I ask because Paradox interactive doesn't seem to be very forthcoming anymore to fix any problems.
Great video. Exciting new DLC, but the many bugs makes me wait playing it. Ramps within 1 Sol? Research Anomalies give more Event like stuff? Food depot problems etc etc. just look at the bug list at Paradox. Will wait for a fix of the most important issues.
This is great. Honestly I'm doing an easier difficulty so what I did to get lots of breakthroughs was I ordered supply pods full of probes. When I researched improved ones, I used them to deep scan the whole area, I took my explorer to scan all anomalies, I still have to get some anomalies on the mountains but I now face a handful of breakthroughs that improve the experience.
surprised you didnt use the new CLT + select a building to place those initial solar panels so you could see the dusk kick up radius from the Concrete Ext...
Haha nice :-D i have bought the expansion allready ;-) I just knew you would do another serie after the release. I'm looking forward to see the next episodes ;-)
There is already a New Ulm. Its next to Ulm since Ulm is splitted by state borders and the bavarian part is officially named New Ulm. So maybe New New Ulm?
I noticed on the released version of the game that very reduced time for making ramps, it doesn't feel right, way to fast, with only 2-3 drones. Must be a bug or something.
Unfortunately the surviving mars maps site no longer works with the update. It will predict the type of map but if you wanted a particular breakthrough on a type of map it is unfortunately broken.
Well I am 3 months late but a positive comment is a positive comment either way so keep up the great work congrats on the sponsor and how is 635% easy?
Okay so I'm at 3:25 and this is my first experience of this game at all but...... what in the hell is a concrete deposit? Don't you make concrete with cement and sand and shiz? I'm confused
The theories about building on mars mostly revolve around processing the surface dust (regolith), and sulfur (extremely common on mars in the form of sulfates) to make a functional building material. In the game, to introduce constraints and bit of strategy, they make these resources scarce, which is not at all how this would work in reality (I suspect the limiting factor would be processing capacity, not scarcity of raw materials), but the underlying concept is pretty sound.

PRAVUS PRAVUS BIG NEWS FROSTPUNK 2 HAS BEEN ANNOUNCED!!!
Just picked it up, can wait to play on PC since I have only played on console in the past
Thanks for the great content Pravus . I hope this series is a long one and as or more enjoyable as the rest of your series. Ps I've watched you for 3 years now and watched a large majority of your content.
new death dome for rebels and old people like in your last play through?
Hey, 500k subs, very much deserved, loved the max dificult series, will watch this one too.
I know that this is a little off-topic but um, my kittens were glued to the TV as the video was playing: They were watching the moving mouse pointer. That made my day.
It is off topic but I thank you for making my day too
man at first i thought glued was literal and i was very confused.
@@kingnothing8570 don’t feel bad, I’ve taken things to literally to
Pravus! You new target viewer? Does that count as engagement? :p
Even your kittens praise Pravus! All hail our lord!
Congrats on the sponsorship deal, Pravus! Good to see you getting the recognition you so richly deserve!
Alright expecting Pravus to play this until the end of the game.
YESSSS! I'm really happy to see this series! Congrats on the sponsorship!

I finally got the chance to watch the first video of a series I might be able to watch the entire series now
Thank you for covering this.
CONGRATULATIONS ON 500k SUBS HALF WAY TO A MILLION
THANK YOU FOR COMING BACK TO THIS GAME I LOVE IT SO MUCH!
Glad to see another run at this game. You got me into it watching the max difficulty run and have been seeing adverts for the dlc so interested to see the content.
Keep up the great work!

When you do a max difficulty run you should make it a goal to build nearly completely underground.
I actually live in a town named New Ulm…so this is cool to imagine my hometown on Mars.
That 6:30 solar panel placement got my OCS screaming...
my favorite game series yet
Your max difficulty play-through was the first series of yours I watched. Been in love ever since. Keep up the great work!
For most runs, get the hub. It's such a late game tech that only requires fuel when you need it, doesn't consume much power, and is clutch for getting a 2nd dome started on prime turf.
Congrats on 500k! You deserve it.
I saw the paradox trailers and I was happy to hear you're voice.
Fun fact: new ulm exists irl. It is on the opposite side of Ulm at the Danube (Donau).
I wasn't even aware this expansion existed.
probably because it got released today :)
New as of today!
That may be because it has been VERY poorly received
it's not good
Pravus, please, please... please... When you'll be doing your new max difficulty let's play, make sure to have as low temperatures as possible... and call the colony Winterhome! :D
The colony survived... but was it worth it?
The fall of winterhome
So excited about the sponsored playthrough! I am very happy that you got the opportunity and I'm looking forward to spending way too much time watching this series!
I love this channel thanks Pravus !
So glad this series is back!
Me love me some Surviving Mars. The early
game is the BEST for me.
I saw a video by talking about this with you talking in it and explaining it
Just pop up as a add/video I don't remember which it was as once I heard you were talking in it I drop Everything I was doing and came looking to see if you made a video
And god and behold you did am actually excited for this as it add the change to managing your colony above and below so it's actually very good and how I think it's best to have both above and below as so you have a way to get resources both ways and you won't die of one fails
As said in the video you talk in the elevator is your lifeline in the below ground
Besides that I would love this and hope this keeps going till you finish this anyway hope this goes good for you
This game floods my brain with serotonin

My boy Pravus moving up in the world
Congrats on 500k Pravus 😊
Hooray, another Surviving Mars playthrough!
Nice and fair disclaimer in the beginning
CONGRATS ON 500K PRAVUS!!! WOOOOOOOO
was incredibly exciting hearing your voice on the trailer
New surviving mars!? Hell yes!
Fun fact, the soundtrack for Surviving Mars is available in Cities:Skylines as a radio if you get the expansion pack.
I’ve missed this game
I just got the platinum trophy in this game a few days ago. This is a well made and addicting game.
Before watching this, I actually started my own european below and beyond colony with the name: New Paris. Very similar.
So many videos to watch man i love your channel pravus
I just watched the trailer today! Nice!
635% difficulty and still consider it casual. Yeah Pravus is made different
Really looking forward to watching you play this again.
New Ulm? That's a pretty significant town near where I live in Southern Minnesota.
So glad this popped up on my feed! Prompted me to get the game free... also I loved the max difficulty run so can't wait for this!!
Oh my God 2 hours ago? Sick! Praise pravus!

This man makes my smooth efficient start look like a child blundering at an intrument
Pravus there's already have a New Ulm...it's a small down in central Minnesota.
olympus mon is were i am and ya im happy here
nice video bro and with your comment its very fun just watching :-).
Hey Pravus! If you use rock formations then dismantle them then you could free up some space in you waste rock storages.
with this new expansion looks like you can make a non-human colony at least in theory
surprised you didnt use the new CLT + select a building to place those initial solar panels so you could see the dusk kick up radius from the Concrete Ext...
I'm gonna take this as an unbiased review and there is NOTHING you can do to stop me >:D
Congratulations on 500k Subs🥳🥳🥳
Haha I saw it come up on epic and I'm like yep pravus is gonna make a series
Got it as soon as I got back from school.
Congrats on 500k subs
I usually still get one RC Commander for planetary anomalies that require them, even when playing as Europe.
Hope to continue again, rather enjoy these!
Yes...... More Pravus!
Haha nice :-D i have bought the expansion allready ;-) I just knew you would do another serie after the release. I'm looking forward to see the next episodes ;-)
im surprised how few views this has, your videos are still pog though
seems like your note on the ramp didn't reach the programmers as building ramps / terraforming is still ridiculously quick :)
Saw the trailers, the second first, and said "w8 a min, I recognize that voice...."..😏
500k subs is pog. Gongats.
ULM
i wish i was anywhere near my PC to play this myself
Congrats on 500 k !
I've been taking a break from Surviving Mars and playing PS5 instead... so happy to have new content and now hearing your voice is a great thing.
I would like to visit Ulm one day. Not sure if I will be visiting New Ulm anytime.
NICE.
There is already a New Ulm. Its next to Ulm since Ulm is splitted by state borders and the bavarian part is officially named New Ulm. So maybe New New Ulm?
In Ulm, um Ulm und um Ulm herum. But never heard of "unter Ulm".
Ulm???? POG????
ULMITATED POWER!!!
love your vids man keep up the good work.
i got this game on console. and now i have it on pc. its a great game
Nice!! Love your mars vids
Yes!
there it is
That's fine if it's sponsored if it's still a great game
Yeah, sure paradoxes pay everyone... At least, you honestly told us
DLC looks like a great idea but I'm holding off on it until it's playable
I noticed on the released version of the game that very reduced time for making ramps, it doesn't feel right, way to fast, with only 2-3 drones. Must be a bug or something.
you have a very likeable and soothing voice.
Wait, what cheat code allows one to get a 43 polymer deposit? The most I have ever seen was 12, but it is usually at around 6 polymers.
Unfortunately the surviving mars maps site no longer works with the update. It will predict the type of map but if you wanted a particular breakthrough on a type of map it is unfortunately broken.
Awesome! Love this game :-)
nice
Geez!
635%, Insane .
you should have placed the dome first, disable construction, and then you know better where to position the other buildings
Well I am 3 months late but a positive comment is a positive comment either way so keep up the great work congrats on the sponsor and how is 635% easy?
I tried to download the update but i dont get anything. The game registers that its updated but yet i dont have the new tecs unlocked.
Okay so I'm at 3:25 and this is my first experience of this game at all but...... what in the hell is a concrete deposit? Don't you make concrete with cement and sand and shiz? I'm confused

@@timmietimmins3780 ah thank you, that makes sense
Hey Google, Mind just clearing up about a day's worth of time in my schedule for like the next month? Thanks
