My wife and I survived the COVID-19, we had very different symptoms. I believe watching Outdoor With The Morgans was the main reason for our fast recovery 👍👍👍
Mike I've been a carpenter for 40 years or more and I've discovered it's very much like riding a bike: You are not learning if you are not falling, which is to say you're not learning if you're not making mistakes. The difference between a good and bad carpenter is how you take care of the mistakes. And remember hit the nail IN your fingers....not the nail ON your fingers. Great video, thumbs up.
Hi guys... Randy here from west coast in Oregon.... enjoying video from what 2500 miles away... what would life be without internet and you tube in today’s world.
Hi Hunter! This is your month so maybe get an extra spicy chicken sandwich on Dad. Nice job on the shed and the boards are shrinking up nicely as they dry. I have used the wind ties on rafters where the wind can get in under the roof area on the front and the back of the rafters. Neat little items that really hold and help keep the roof on in extreme wind. Got to love RC getting hand fed and the others looking on intently hoping for some too! Keep up the great job with the videos. HAVE A DAY!
Well that shed is looking super fine. A labor of love and you are an excellent carpenter with a lovely helper. My golden retriever would have a ball playing with your two retriever's lol. Always got to watch these guys they do love to wander and say hi to everybody they are little greeters for sure and so loving. Plus they are protective for sure. Gosh went outside and took my trusty tree hand saw to cut branches and trimmed some trees back from winter ice storms. Lost the whole backside of an evergreen tree and that is going to take a chain saw for sure it's been a long hard winter up here in Wisconsin. The snow finally melted seems like it's been on the ground since November. UGH!!! We've had snow as late as May sometimes...praying not this year LOL. Gods blessings to you all. Great JOB.
Again a nice video, i live in France and we are under a total lockdown, but every day i find something new to do: cutting firewood, mowing the lawn, etc, greetings from France
this is Avi from Israel and i want to thank you for sharing your life with us, i wish i have the talent you have......i love the way you work together and i wish we have your beautiful trees to harvest and do the thing you are doing, any way thank you and God bless you and protect you true this difficult time we all going true. please be safe.
Nice work on the wood shed Morgans. Ok as Melissa mentioned, Mike instead of a wood shed you can make a sign that says the She Shed. And RC needs to have her own TH-cam channel.
Hello Morgans. Geetings from freezing Iceland. Love watching you videos. Staying and working from home because of the virus. TH-cam is a lifesaver to pass time.
Thank you Mike and Melissa for continuing to add content. I always learn something and get inspiration from your videos. It is especially uplifting to see positivity during these times of uncertainty. Thanks.
Funny you mention that landfill's gas system Mike. I am a project manager for an industrial contractor in Ohio and that is one of my core niche markets. We construct both RNG (renewable natural gas) plants and LFGTE (landfill gas to energy) plants for several different developers here in the united states, one of them being located right in Pittsburgh. We take the gas out of the landfill and either burn it in converted diesel generators or run it through a process the clean it up to pipeline standards and then inject it into a pipeline. Its a cool process and produces a valuable product that would otherwise need to be burned off to control landfill odors. A win-win!
We may be from different places but we are very alike. my wife and I cleaned out a bunch of clutter and last week took a load of junk to the dump also. Love the content keep it up Outdoorgans!
I'm loving being part of your community. Watch almost every episode. Y'all are a picture of the perfect american family in my opinion. Your lifestyle reminds me of days gone by in my life.
Hi Mike and Melissa . Martin here watching from Perth ,Scotland . Love watching your videos , very interesting and quite relaxing too. I especially like seeing your dogs as i am a dog fan , my (late) younger brother Russell ,had a Golden Retriever called Brooke ,who was a real chilled out pup , miss them both . Keep up the great videos ,they make my day . Cheers and best of health to you all .
Your instructions on liking the video from my LG TV worked perfect. I also subscribed there too. I’m a former “Pittsburgher “ I lived in the North Hills. We moved to North Myrtle Beach 9 years ago. Love watching your wood shed build. Take care, stay safe. ❤️
The shed is looking great! We live in Alabama. Just got put under a shelter in place order starting today at 5 pm until April 30th. Stay safe and have fun building.
I love your wood shed videos. It reminds me of horse horse barn my wife and I built a couple years ago before I started my TH-cam Channel. Would you consider making a video on how you make your videos and what equipment you use. You and the Stoney Ridge Farmer have inspired me to start my own channel and have grand plans for it but I have decided I bought the wrong camera and sound equipment. I am looking to buy new stuff but I don't want to waist my money buying the wrong stuff again. Thanks for your time Mike. Ben with MD Triple Creek Ranch
We spend the winter in Southwest Fl. I didn't miss a show all the time we were gone. We live 50 miles south of Chicago. We only took 2 day to get home acct. of the virus. We usually take several days or a week. But we were afraid of getting lock out of our state and that is why we hot footed home. Wow what a ride.
Longtime subscriber... Incredible to see the growth of your channel! Almost at 150k! Love the shed. Looks beautiful so far. Great job with it! Quality work!
It has been cold with rain and snow here in SW Iowa the last two days. Love your videos, keep it up. Great job Melissa on your video of cheese burger soup!
Melissa, you are looking great in your workout tights. Mike you are a great builder. Now all you need is a lap pool about 4 ft. wide by 4 ft. deep by 40 ft. long with a 'she-shed' over the top to make is all weather and you are good to go!
I've lived in Cheyenne Wyoming for 29 years but grew up in northern West Virginia. I enjoy watching your show and seeing the suroundings that remind me of home.
Mike you should consider looking into buying Paslode nailers. They make my life so much easier when doing any carpentry or construction. They are a bit pricey but they are worth every penny. I love seeing all the work on the woodshed. Have a day!!!!
We use our Red Pine for all of our farm buildings. Works great!!! We try to air dry our boards if possible. Woodshed looks great.... make sure you take time to enjoy the build!!!! :)
Sorry it still feels cool in the wind up there. We are enjoying beautiful weather down here in NC. 70 and sunny and going to be 75 to 85 and sunny for the next 10 days or so with a slight chance of rain one day. I will try to send some of our weather up to yall. Love the progress.on the shed.its not over kill.its just adding many more yrs of maintenance and use for your wood. Whos going up to do the roof.mike im guessing and the wifey will hand everything up to you. Great videos .really enjoy them. . Stay safe and healthy
Great video as always...thanks. Pretty sure you’ll be happy with the Red Pine. We’ve used it a lot for siding on our farm in WNY. 32x40 shop built in ‘89, a 40x56 equipment storage in ‘11 and a 36x96 equipment storage built in ‘17 all from trees harvested on the farm.
Looks like I need to build a own woodshed. Unfortunately, no trees, no sawmill and much smaller propery. Oh well, suburban MD living. Was happy to subscribe to Melissa's channel. Looking forward to more content.
There's a wood preservative that I used on my boat dock that I believe is called Lifetime. It's a natural product and is applied using a pressure sprayer. That whole shed would probably take 10 minutes to do start to finish.
Howdy Morgan family. Just wanted to let you all know how much I love your channel. Thank you for giving me 20 minutes of daily entertainment and knowledge. God bless you all. Pete from NJ.
I do occasionally watch ODwTM on my TV. You can ‘like’ videos but you can’t comment or even see comments. The shed is looking great. Now you have me thinking about building one for implement storage. Hi Hunter! Stephen from Michigan:)
Mike , I'm glad your having good luck with the red pine. I had my first one up on the sawmill yesterday and I was excited because yours looked so good and I had a project in mind for it. Man I got into that thing and it was nothing but very sappy knots and just all kinds of stuff going on, I didn't get much lumber out of it because it just wasn't structurally sound, O well thats what happens sometimes next on the mill is a 32" white pine 11' long, biggest I have had on the LT35HD yet, I'm excited. Shed is looking nice, keep up the good work guys
I wish we had a winter here in Far North Queensland, Australia, so I could build a woodshed and have a good firewood splitter to put in it. I get to put a coat on about twice a year.
Doing a two week stint at the VA Hospital in Manhattan to try and help out. After 12 hours in the ICU a hot shower, a cold bottle of water and your daily video help me to unwind and get a little semblance of my normal life back in WNY. Thanks for being there each day.
Mike , your carpentry skills are just fine ! there's 1 or 2 ways you could get the job done a bit faster , but as long as you "git er done " and are happy with the results yourself / then that's all that matters ;-)
Phew !!!! Thought something was up !!!! Good to see Ya !!! Great tunes , shed is looking awesome . Got to love RC !!!!! Hello to Hunter !!! Stay Safe !!
Good job on the wood shed to both of you folks. You’ll be filling it up before long. Really looks good around there. Thanks for sharing with us, and continue being safe. Fred.
Great job on the shed guys. If there is ever a chance of an updraft on the roof due to wind, I would throw some nails into those rafters as they won’t sheer like screws. Love the vids.
I live in Texas, we have 6030 in our State. I live 50 miles southeast of Dallas (921 cases). I live in Henderson County (1 case). I'm 71 and my wife is 70 (w/asthma) so we're staying close to home. I won't let her go to the grocery store. We wipe everything down after returning from the store. You have to wear disposable gloves when you pump gas.
Rd is such a comedic
My wife and I survived the COVID-19, we had very different symptoms. I believe watching Outdoor With The Morgans was the main reason for our fast recovery 👍👍👍
Love that cow .
RC needs a channel

RC is da bomb
Dave and RC are super good. Dave is a very funny guy. Do you know where he lives. A road trip to see them would be a super video.

You are a fine carpenter. Something to be proud of. 👍
Thank you Mike and Melissa for continuing to add content. I always learn something and get inspiration from your videos. It is especially uplifting to see positivity during these times of uncertainty. Thanks.
Good advice from Jameson Cross. Nails are necessary for strength and safety. That said, the woodshed looks great Morgans!
Great closing! 👍👍👍
The shed is looking nice Mike !
You'll not stop now ,there will be sheds every where 😂👍🏻

Love Dave and RC. We are in Lizella Ga, 80 degrees today. Ready for summer what happened to spring. Love the videos. Stay safe and God bless.
People who say you should leave a gap in the sidewall have never built a deck. Thank you for showing what happens after they dry in the sun.
Melissa, you are looking great in your workout tights. Mike you are a great builder. Now all you need is a lap pool about 4 ft. wide by 4 ft. deep by 40 ft. long with a 'she-shed' over the top to make is all weather and you are good to go!

Melissa, that would be a great work out area...right in front of the new pool!

Ok Mike the list is growing. Melissa wants a pool, pool house and now a she shed. Lol God bless
That's called strategic planning. When the time comes to negotiate, she will hit him with. I am willing to incorporate all three Under One Roof? LOL
Watching from southern california love the shed.Beautiful so far.

Glad to see the efficiency improving. No more clamping each board before you screw...just put your knee on it and get a couple screws in it 👍🏻👌🏻
