bdot02 no you are mistaken... if you look at the cable to an appliance like a tv or kettle then you will see it has THREE wires- live neutral and earth (ground)...please do more research in future

Additionally, those three wires are commoned by the little triangle pieces that are on the wires that they have to stop at. The only time you'll have more wires is with three phase inputs (heavy industrial loads). The power is spread through three cables on these lines because it's more efficient to spread the load over the three wires than to run a single super thick wire.

Go to you local Union sign the books become a groundsman get a apprenticeship and top out as a JOURNEYMAN LINEMAN. Thats if you really wanna do this
