    You should do a vid on how to shoot a venue or a storage biz. Would you do the whole storage building?
    How do you price? per sqft?

    Great content but I still don’t understand why I have to pick a Niche. Why can’t I tailor each pitch to that particular niche?

      you can. But if you find yourself tired and without clarity in a few weeks, its because you are losing focus (too many niches).

      They can be great, but mostly for high price luxury homes.

    Good helpful info and content but I find using the words 'bro' and 'dude' really hurts credibility. Just my personal view. Maybe that's the lingo where you live.
