I like the hollow interior design. Back in the 1980s, a friend of mine used a hollow core door to make a surface for me. It had power in it, and a traverse area for cables... Really nice.
Re Headphone hook. I brought a black gloss self-adhesive one off ebay. Came with a 3M sticky pad and i dont think its ever coming off !. Perfect for that application.
Get one of those desk headphone holders you can stick under the desk or on the side panel. It's only $10 more, that's like no money if you have 500 to spend on this desk...
Shiny plastic table will become scratched and full of fingertips in an hour. For home I would suggest IKEA Kallax 2x4 shelf. About 60eur, not plastic, has enough space for your gear and 8 cells for vinyl or other stuff. Tried and tested!
Does this house two turntables and a Pioneer DJM-750MK2 with the turntables facing the traditional way? Or do you have to turn them sideways to fit? Also, is there any wobble? Most stands are..Still yet to find something pretty solid. Thanks...
Will this desk fit an XDJ XZ depth wise? The dimensions advertised on the website say that the depth of the table is 450 mm. The Prime 4 used in the video has a depth of 496 mm and seems to fit just fine. The XZ should have a depth of 466.1 but because of this I am hesitant to buy the desk. What do you think Phil?
It's hollow to put cables and powerplugs inside it under a lit. And there's a laptop stand available. So it's slightly more functional than a plain desk. But still, a bit costly.
not a fan of that table.. i wish we could post pics of our home setups in the comments.. that would be amazing to see what kinda idea our community has come up with.. I bet there is a bunch of creative setups in all our homes.. "when you need life to a party, MUSIC IS KEY"
Yea, my wife would never let me put that in the livingroom. Lol, I was lucky to be able to put a digital piano in the livingroom because it looks like a real piano.
I am also interested in reviews of other DJ tables, am looking for a table with a height of 100cm as I am 1m84 but upto now I only found the one from "Hoerboard" and that is 100cm mixer height and is very expensive.
Yeah it's definitely designed to install and leave in one place. While not cheap, if you search for DJ furniture like this, some of it is more bespoke/designer and is hugely expensive. This is kind of mid-way between that and the old "hack it together from IKEA" fix!

Nice!
Very cool as I love the modern contemporary design

Good thinking!
Underside speaker mounts would make this even more amazing
Very cool setup, wont mind having that in my home
Yeah we liked it
pretty, I can finally replace my stack of lumber and concrete blocks.
Sounds pretty cool!
Dude have had the cinderblocks and plywood for 7 years now. I’m ready for the upgrade.
I love this table. Thanks for the review. I am not sure if two technics MK2 in classic setup (not battle style) and an Allen and Heath Xone96 will fit
Don't think so
@@digitaldjtips oh no. I was thinking that might be a problem...thanks for the reply
Phil, its good to see denon prime 4 has become your default home dj set up. ;)
I am looking for the previous version in white. (The XL is too big for my room)
Unfortunately no luck so far.
Hope you find it!
only thing missing is a proper vertical laptop stand instead of the one that protrudes out the back which means you can't have it up against the wall
Yes, you're right
Looks sweet! I wonder if it’ll fit with turns and a djm mixer.
Yes, perfectly.
What’s the height?
Would this fit a ddj rz and a pair of jbl ls8 active monitors?
love the review. does this come with a carrying case
No, it's not a portable desk, it's meant to be set up as a piece of furniture and left where it is.

Great tip!
Would this fit a Roland DJ-808 + 2 x Technics 1210s battle style?
not sure, sorry. I guess so, though.
What the table ur ursing ?
Hi Phil, ...setting up a live streaming studio at home will this be big enough for a pair of cdj3000s and a djm900nexus2 mixer...best regards Stuart
Yes it will
Yo that’s great for the Home studio. Anyone have a Link?
It's in the review.
Is it wide enough to hold a DJM-900 and four CDJs?
Without physically trying it, I'd say no.
What's the name of those speakers?
They're Pioneer speakers.
@@digitaldjtips thank you Man

This is made from mdf.

Not tried that but I think it would. Yes, there's a bit of a wobble.
Nice.....but 500€ for a desk....is quite expensive...otherwise nice desk ;-)
😯😯
Do you think this could be used as a regular desktop with a computer? Or is it too thin?
I wouldn't go for this if I wasn't DJing (unless you mean DJing with a laptop)
Speakers brand ?
Pioneer RM-07 :)

Nice table but very expensive for a standing table only. Only so much can be placed on the surface???

The surface is plenty sturdy for any DJ gear.
What's the price in USA cash?
We don't have USA distribution details, sorry.
looksgood, but not my cup of tea. Could see a lot of DJs using it as a permanent home setup though
Yeah, it's definitely going to be a taste thing. I guess the type of room you're putting it in has an influence too.
Use a cup hook in a discreet place. You can bend it out with pliers...….
Good tip!
@@digitaldjtips why not subscribe to my website "practicaldjtips.com" Ha!!! :)
what is your high ? i'm 6.2' :/
6'
How much in us dollars?
It's not available in the US unfortunately Joshua

Haha yeah this is one for the "Rave Cave" as our Ben call it (his shed)
Did think you were standing there with not much on lol
LOL
LMAO 😂
Same😆
Fingerprint magnet
Do you have other table reviews? I want a cheaper one that doesn't show me DJing in underwear. lol
We don't but we plan on running more, it's something a lot of people ask about.

it's good for performing but if u want to sit and just use your laptop u can't
No, it's definitely a DJ table for standing behind, not sitting (unless you get a high stool).
@@digitaldjtips yep, that's why it is a DJ booth not a desk, silly me.
DO WANT.
Would this fit cdj3000 and pioneer 900 mixer? Also I wonder if there would be room for monitors
Yes to the first part of your question, but once that gear is in place, no to monitors.
That’s a shame….Do you think is room for slim/pole monitor stands so the speakers are sitting above the decks on the desk?
