This is how I see it: The anime began with the narration of Lucy wanting to join Fairy Tail. The story revolves around her joining Fairy Tail and what happens to Fairy Tail onwards. The story unfolds then with the history of FT at its core (being attacked because they are the top guild, Mavis etc. etc.). Though this is my opinion.

The reason why you don't see the main protagonists in opening 22 is because its a prequel season best known as Fairytail 0. Its about the first master (the little blonde girl with feathers on her hair) and how she is connected with the main villain and how she created the guild Fairytail. Its great anime that it gets progressively darker with every season.
the author already clarified that Lucy is the Mc lol. It’s just that as the story progress the other also gains their own fanbase (especially Natsu). Besides, the narrative monologues are all delivered by Lucy and no one else. (Except of course the main old man voice narrator).
A Lot of people don't know that the blonde girl (Lucy) is the main character since we are living the story through her eyes, she is the narrator. Fairy tail has 328 episodes, so it's long but not that much. So if you decide to start watching it, have a nice watching experience.

I think Natsu is the main character since it's confirmed on Rave x Fairy Tail x Eden's Zero manga created by Hiro Mashima. They stated there that Natsu is the main protagonist and Lucy is the heroine of the story. Though she's the main girl character though

And her family has major involvement in main plot of the series on top of it all. She also narrates and actually writes down all adventures into the book she publishes at the end. Since our world is full of hatred and anger, this anime fulfills that and that's why its unique. It gives me alot of good feelings and I become happier just by watching it.
Fairy tail is my all time favourite. It might not be the best written anime but it's entartainmant pure. I don't know it just has the complete package for me. Characters,music,story,emotions,romanze,humour,fights what do you want more?Even the filler episodes are enjoyable!
I love the soundtrack of Fairy Tail, something kinda medieval... And the OVA's are pure gold. I mean, the OVA with three Jellal? The pool OVA where Ichiya traumatized Rogue for the first time? The first time because he does it again in a filler episode... Poor Rogue.... Like I said, pure gold!!!!!!

Fairytail has a lot of friendship cliche, but what makes it unique as a shonen anime/series is that the story is told from Lucy’s perspective. It is a good watch, they kind of rushed the final season in my opinion.
Fairy Tail gets a lot of hate for its use of the "Power of friendship, no deaths/fake-out deaths and how enemies are beaten" some people don't really mind the fanservice.. in fact its what makes Fairy Tail funny, they tend to use the fanservice for humour. The animation and art gets better (especially art) but the animation and colours dull down during the episodes 230-276+. The show really is not meant to be taken so seriously like most main shounens its just supposed to be something entertaining and fun.

Fairy tail is one of those shows for me that i know the writing gets worse and many shounens are better written but i still like it a lot. I think the characters stories and the characters interaction is what really makes it good for me. Some parts are not as great but this show would also make me emotional especially whenever the osts are playing.

I’m glad to see you finally did the Fairy Tail reaction. There are many opening because of he openings usually last about 15 episodes and they last about 1:30 minutes. I’m glad to see you found a video with all the openings there weren’t many videos with all the openings together. It is called Zero because it is before the events start in the story it set in the past. The girl with blue hair is called Juvia she has water powers. The red haired girl is named Erza she has different armor and weapons. I think the art and design are really great, but in the story it sometimes lacks the payoff. There are some epic moments but some plots are resolved in a stupid way. Fairy Tail is the name of their guild, there are many guilds in the world. I wanna tell you more but it is hard to not say any spoilers. There is a dragon theme. It is hard as week because there are many shows I wanna see as well but little time. In this show there are guilds and fairy tail is one of them . The tatoos that they have represent their guild, as you saw in the tournament arc there were different symbols that represented the other guilds. Natsu ( the guy with pink hair ) has fire dragon slayer magic ( he learned that from that red dragon that is always in the opening , also the scarf is a gift from that dragon) Lucy ( the blonde girl ) has summons , she uses those keys to summon zodiac characters Erza ( redhead ) has equip magic ( armor and swords) Gray ( the shirtless guy ) has ice powers. Fairy tail zero is the prequel of the series and the blonde little girl is the first master of the guild and the founder.

In reality that is impossible that fairy tail was inspired by one piece. The manga came out a whooping 8 months after One piece. That's such a short amount of time to actually be inspired. As a writer myself, it takes months and months to get inspired. The art style is similar because both of them were insipred by Dragon Ball. During the time period when the Mangas started it was actually a very POPULAR art style. Shanks and Gildarts show NO RESEMBLENCE. Gildarts has Dirty blonde hair while shanks has reddish hair. :( there are two videos up currently talking about fairy tail and one piece one came out recently like a week ago but yeah. Fairy tale is one of favorite Anime, The plot is sometimes up and down, but it has very rememberable characters, with good back stories that create fun, bitter and interesting interaction. A lot of people would point to Natsu and Lucy as main character but the show is more collective focus than on an individual hero. So it has a bunch good important characters.

Fairy Tail gets a lot of hate for its use of the "Power of friendship, no deaths/fake-out deaths and how enemies are beaten" some people don't really mind the fanservice.. in fact its what makes Fairy Tail funny, they tend to use the fanservice for humour.
The animation and art gets better (especially art) but the animation and colours dull down during the episodes 230-276+. The show really is not meant to be taken so seriously like most main shounens its just supposed to be something entertaining and fun.

But At the end every shounen has that bruh, I’m sure we will enjoy it anyway
And fanservice is aight as long as it doesn’t interrupt the plot

I think the colour get darker to show the route its taking and that's supposed to be it finale season however it continues on if I'm not mistaken

Fairy tail is one of those shows for me that i know the writing gets worse and many shounens are better written but i still like it a lot. I think the characters stories and the characters interaction is what really makes it good for me. Some parts are not as great but this show would also make me emotional especially whenever the osts are playing.

I’m glad to see you finally did the Fairy Tail reaction. There are many opening because of he openings usually last about 15 episodes and they last about 1:30 minutes. I’m glad to see you found a video with all the openings there weren’t many videos with all the openings together. It is called Zero because it is before the events start in the story it set in the past. The girl with blue hair is called Juvia she has water powers. The red haired girl is named Erza she has different armor and weapons. I think the art and design are really great, but in the story it sometimes lacks the payoff. There are some epic moments but some plots are resolved in a stupid way. Fairy Tail is the name of their guild, there are many guilds in the world. I wanna tell you more but it is hard to not say any spoilers. There is a dragon theme. It is hard as week because there are many shows I wanna see as well but little time. It seems Sebastian is more keen to details he caught many things. And Jose seems funnier. Keep up the videos it makes my day when I see your reactions. Sorry if the comment is too long. In this show there are guilds and fairy tail is one of them . The tatoos that they have represent their guild, as you saw in the tournament arc there were different symbols that represented the other guilds.
Natsu ( the guy with pink hair ) has fire dragon slayer magic ( he learned that from that red dragon that is always in the opening , also the scarf is a gift from that dragon)
Lucy ( the blonde girl ) has summons , she uses those keys to summon zodiac characters
Erza ( redhead ) has equip magic ( armor and swords)
Gray ( the shirtless guy ) has ice powers.
Fairy tail zero is the prequel of the series and the blonde little girl is the first master of the guild and the founder.

The mangaka was heavilly inspired by One Piece, the early depictions of the characters looked incredibly similar to the OP artstyle... after a while less so but that one dude... yeah he's Shanks, basically.

In reality that is impossible that fairy tail was inspired by one piece. The manga came out a whooping 8 months after One piece. That's such a short amount of time to actually be inspired. As a writer myself, it takes months and months to get inspired. The art style is similar because both of them were insipred by Dragon Ball. During the time period when the Mangas started it was actually a very POPULAR art style. Shanks and Gildarts show NO RESEMBLENCE. Gildarts has Dirty blonde hair while shanks has reddish hair.

Fairy tale is one of favorite Anime, The plot is sometimes up and down, but it has very rememberable characters, with good back stories that create fun, bitter and interesting interaction. A lot of people would point to Natsu and Lucy as main character but the show is more collective focus than on an individual hero. So it has a bunch good important characters.

This show is a roller coaster of emotions and experiences. The characters are really relatable and can get easily attached to. This show will have you laughing your ass off, to happy, to having you on the edge of you chair with anticipation, to bawling your eyes out, and back to being happy again.
