Yes, every evening there are 2 servers with around 64 players in them. While the player count is small, it's the team spirit that holds this mod still together so well, so getting 64 player games is easy.
It is quite devastating, but it's balanced by a number of factors; 1) Only 1-2 players can have the kit at a time 2) It's very easy for the user to kill himself because of the high damage of the flames. 3) It has VERY little ammo, so you can only fire 3-5 bursts with it.
I realize it's mostly allied footage, and this is definitely unintentional on my part, but it's not only that, at 4:25, 6:14, 6:22, 6:55 and 7:45 I'm playing as Axis.
It's powerful, but has very limited ammo and is a special kit that spawns on one set location in the maps that feature it, and it's easily backfires, killing the players who's use it if they're not careful.
I can tell my self that i'm a vet of FH,I play FH (BFD 1942) for years,and now I play FH2 ...and this mods still amazing over the years. Thx for all the people that make this mods for other players,and they's no reclaim a money. Thx bros.

The flamethrowers used back in WW2 had an effective range of about 40 to 60 meters.. Those flamethrowers in forgotten hope accurately reflected that. If only the battlefield series still featured weapons true to their real life counter-part

The Wehmacht might have been one of the most highly trained and technologically advanced Militarys of all time, but all the training in the world won't help you against Threatty.

Why do you hate that? I really like it, really gives you a clean idea when you've killed your enemy, when they twitch jump to a ragdoll, and is pretty funny too ;) just adds more fun to the game in my opinion.
They actually did. It´s called Battlefield 1943. But it focuses on the pacific war. But it´s just the same old moneymaking unrealistic fungame where tank shells probably still have more on common with grenade launchers than actual tank shells.

This MOD feel smoother and more promising than Project Reality on BF2, but this is something i should try when Bf3 is dried out.

You have to counter the recoil by pulling slowly down the mouse while firing, so the crossahair remains more-or-less in the same place.

That's actually Composition B, which is a mix of RDX and TNT, was used widely in WW2.

I added some video effects to make the game look nicer.
