I don't think most of those Gobblegums you listed at the beginning were actually cut, they just had their names changed: Braniac -> Head Drama or Mind Blown Center of Attention -> Now You See Me Firestarter -> Burned Out Melee Master -> Sword Flay Power Trip may also be an early version of Power Vacuum but PV was added way later so I'm not super confident about that (Also the Chaser launcher wasn't cut. It's available in the third campaign level.)
The Margwa’s mouth can all be open on Bo3 LAST gen as well as running zombies on round 2 also meaning that some cut content is actually still on bo3 LAST GEN.
I'm sure pre-day one patch has those things too on PS4 and Xbox One. I remember that happening when I first got BO3. Just barely moved to a new place, no internet, got BO3 and played Shadows. I say Shadows is more refined now than it was pre-day one patch. It had longer sacrifice events, one gobblegum machine in map, etc.

The cut apothicon servant cocoon easter egg wasn't for the upgrade, it was for a second apothicon servant on multiplayer. There's a reddit post with the full restoration available. It was likely cut due to the visual effects of the weapon possibly leading to crashes and the fact that two ASs would have been far too op.
I find it really interesting that most of the cut content is from Shadows and Revelations, looks like they either knew exactly what they wanted for the Giant, DE, GK, and ZnS or there just isn't any info on the cut content from those maps. Also, amazing video, I love these cut content videos so much, its so interesting seeing what ideas they had for zombies early in development versus what we get in the final product.
I think they should of add a few more attachments for the weapons it's a shame that weapons like the RPK and AK74 we can't add our own custom attachments.

The shadows of evil max ammo custom icons were a thing for sure, they've all been replaced by The Giant themed icons and have been like that ever since they patched it out. The PS3/360 Version of Black Ops 3 still uses the SOE icons when you play it.
This might not be a popular opinion, but I prefer WAW, bo1, and Bo2 zombies to Bo3 and beyond, Bo3 and o wards made things too complicated to me, and added mechanics i really do not like such as Gobblegums. It might be me just nitpicking, I dunno. Either way I just feel the first 3 play the best for zombies.

But maybe still counts as cut content Similar to the wave gun color scheme, the KT-4 had an alternate color scheme in one of the zetsubou trailers where it was yellow Factions for BO4 And of course, launch BO2 had lots of ambitious content that never saw the light of day
the zombie voice lines are some rly funny voice acting if you're into that sorta thing, i could imagine some of those grunts (especially from rose) may have been mixed in along with other zombie grunts to form the zombie audio as it is
Not sure if you included it in a previous cut content vid or not but ZNS was supposed to have a side EE to get an anywhere but here gobblegum instead of having to bring it in to get the cog. On last gen DE I believe the ragnaroks last way longer than they do on current gen before being depleted
I’m pretty sure that Margwa fact is the other way round. At launch only one head could be open at once but at some point during the DLC season they changed it so multiple mouths open at the same time.
My favorite fact about this is how some of these original in the game, then was later removed. Like in bloodborne, the doll was able to hum a melody, however was later removed for some reason. You can glitch in the latest patch version, however thats whole separate can of worms. On a more relative note, with the block ops three mod tools, we can (almost easily) recreate some of cut content back in the game.
Watching videos about my favorite games that I grew up playing even though I think I know everything about these games especially zombies and dark souls makes me feel like even if it’s just for a few moments I am back where nothing mattered and I’m just happy to be learning about one of my favorite things that has always brought me joy. Life has been a battle recently my friend and I’m grateful for the smallest things that I have even if it’s just a 10 minute video about zombies or a round 20 in a public lobby I feel like a kid and it gives me a short yet relieving break from all the pain and mental issues that I’ve been through. If you look up Zetsubou no Shima's concept art the spawn looks very different on art station. I would love to know the original concept for Zetsubou. Also the Ps4 theme for Zetsubou looks different. Maybe Zetsubou could of had a better layout and would of executed the jungle theme better. We do know they had to redo the map because they had to change the systems.

it would've been a much much better more lighthearted game that doesnt take itself seriously, the dumbass op gumballs wouldve just been like little forgotten bonus things, the guns wouldve been cool, jessica wasnt gonna be hideous. in an alternate timeline black ops 3 truly wouldve been a great game. what we got was complete garbage.
Speaking of mandela effect, In another one of your videos you mentioned that verruckt Had a cut deployable BAR that couldn't be deployed. But I distinctly remember deploying that thing and paying the money for it. Having to survive in that one room to build up like five thousand points
The deployable weapons are still in WaW Natch and Verruckt but outside of glitches aren’t actually deployable in the final game
