So happy the EDT is getting love finally
The opening is gorgeous but it fades away after 30 min. After that its just sweet and annoying with no character. Sold it after 5 wearings...

Givenchy puts out some good stuff. Gentlemen Only is probably my favorite, really nice blend and unique. From what I understand it has a “skin” accord which I do pick up on. Very clean, slightly sweet. Use it for work frequently. Completely non-offensive and subtle. 👍🏻
Love Givenchy Gentleman Only. Definitely a signature scent and all year fragrance...Gonna definitely try Givenchy Gentleman Cologne EDT

I've never worn any Givenchy fragrances. I really enjoy Iris (Prada L'Homme and Dior Homme lines especially), so I'm probably missing out on the Gentleman line. Thanks for the review/impressions. Have a happy New Year, brother!
Gentleman Only was my second real love from the brand. Lot of people wore blue label and pi back in the day, but I was more into Very Irrisistible and Gentleman Only. In fact, GO was my answer to Aventus before it became a religion. Like a smooth and woody green birch leaf with spices and sweetness. Picked up Armaf's Just for You too and it's a wonderful take.

Perfectly reviewed. And exactly what I needed to know my friend. The cologne was discontinued but still available. I think I'm going to pull the trigger on the EDT. I have the EDT Intense which I bought solely based on your thoughts and you were spot on and I really enjoy it. If you have time I do have a question though. If you were to pick only 1 between the EDT and the EDT Intense, which would you pick?
Excellent unboxing of Gentleman by Givenchy from 2017 at 5:00. You showed the most important elements with the ingredients and formula code at 5:22 on the box along with the bottom of the bottle and batch code at 5:34 That formula code of 11914 and the ingredients are the only way one can tell whether there's been a reformulation since the production of your June, 2017 botte (batch code 7T01), and the reason for never throwing away boxes. Thanks for also showing the top and inside of the cap along with the top of the atomizer nozzle. If every reviewer would have included formula and batch codes in their reviews for the past decade, we would know every reformulation during that time.

@@StudioScents You're welcome. I don't think most reviewers even realize there's a formula code on most boxes. On the L'Oreal produced fragrance boxes like Armani, it's the FIL # on the last line of the ingredients. FIL = Fragrance Ingredients List.
Will give the Cologne a second chance. I have smelled it but wasn't particularly drawn to it. Yet Nathalie Lorson is behind it, so must check it a bit more.

I love to layer the original GIvenchy Xeryus with GIvenchy Gentleman EDT... So complex so esquisit such a treat. 🔥👌
Great review as I've wondered how the EDT and Cologne smell and perform. I have had Gentlemen Only for a number of years now and have always enjoyed it...I just recently picked up the Parfum and it reminds me very much of Valentino Uomo Intense which I have and very much enjoy as well!
I've been interested in these for awhile, and now I know I gotta give one a try.

Ok this one is called Givenchy Gentleman not the Givenchy Gentlemen Colonge ,I kept looking for this the bottle on the pic keeps showing frosted though... definitely will be getting this one and the colonge
