Thanks, Mick, that worked a charm. Mine was an orchard diagram made on a desktop publishing program, so I saved it in Paint and it printed as per your instructions. MS Excel seems to handle this problem automatically.

I just tried this and 4 pages is definitely bigger than A3. A4 x 4 pages is equivalent to A2 right as thats how mine turned out unless a step is missing in video
