I don't know when or if you will read this comment but there is a legend about the "illusion" of Italy and Sicily distance. The legend talks about a King that from Calabria (the region that u were able to see from that landscape), were watching Italy and at some point saw a beautiful woman (a witch) that said him "reach me im so close to u" and he crazy for that woman beauty jumped in the sea sure that he could reach her in one or two strokes in the sea. Of course he died in the middle of because that was just an illusion. 😊 Hope you will read this comment with your lovely Alex and happy to see that u enjoyed my country especially Sicily that is the place where im half originally from 😊

Wow; I'm Italian and I've never been in Sicily :( definitely time to catch up! This video was fabulous! Taormina and its Greek Theatre, the volcano Etna steaming in the distance, the crystal clear sea and the baroque buildings...I think you should come back at least to see the temples' valley of Agrigento and the European capital city of baroque: Noto...and Cefalù...and the temple of Segesta...anyway this Taormina centred tour was really something! Amazing footage from the drone!!! And You Mimi look radiant! Greetings.

Hello guys!! I'm from sicily and I love your travel vlog and I'm so happy that you're appreciating so much my island! Definetly taormina and syracuse are one of the best places you can find here, but you should come back because there'is all the opposite side of the island and the little island in front of the north coast (eolie and egadi) that are amazing!!! So really come back soon! There is almost a lot to discover 😉

+Liviana Lo Re per i turisti che atterrano a Catania è difficile raggiungere la parte Ovest dell'isola perchè i collegamenti fanno pena (strade e treni). Dovrebbero rimanere almeno qualche settimana in più. Vedi molti video e pochi pochissimi dalla parte di palermo, Agrigento., come fanno i politici a non accorgersi di questo.
Anche io sono siciliana ma c'è da dire che certi posti è meglio non vederli :D Per esempio consiglierei sicuramente la Valle dei templi e Scala dei Turchi ma la città di Agrigento in sé nemmeno per sogno , perché si deprimerebbero, non so cosa si possa riprendere ad Agrigento. Anche Catania ( puntualizzo la mia città dove sono nata e cresciuta) attualmente non si trova affatto in buono stato ( anche se potenzialmente sarebbe una bella città ) è davvero un peccato ma purtroppo è la verità. Posticini carini Ragusa , Modica ma non per loro , loro sono più da Taormina , Eolie ...

So beautiful! I like places like this. It's less crowded and I can enjoy it better. When I'm in a more popular place, I can get a little stressed out. Of course, these popular places/cities are beautiful too. I just wished I could enjoy them a 100%.
