My Virtual GalaxyCon Video Chat with Jodi Benson (4th December 2022)

During the #GalaxyConLive virtual experience from Columbus, Ohio, I was very happy to have met the voice actor behind the voice of Ariel in the 1989 Disney classic #TheLittleMermaid, Jodi Benson. This was my 3rd time meeting Jodi virtually.
This video could be the lead-up to the release of the 2023 live-action/CG remake of The Little Mermaid which stars singer Halle Bailey as the new Ariel, and features new music from Alan Menkin (Beauty and the Beast, the original classic and so much more) & Lin-Manuel Miranda (Hamilton).
Throughout my 8-minute session with Jodi, we both talked about her new book titled ‘Party of My World’ which came out in late September 2022, what her first thoughts were on The Little Mermaid remake so far after the teaser trailer was released, and we each shared our favourite Disney memory from the past growing up as Disney itself celebrates its 100th anniversary in 2023 - 100 Years of Wonder.
Not to mention, Jodi also made a cameo appearance in the 2007 movie ‘Enchanted’.

How have you managed to do longer chats with the celebrities? Normally you get two minutes with them.

You can add as many 2 or 3-minute sessions as you want. It’s all explained on each video chat in different live virtual Q&A panels.

A 3-min session per B-list celebrity is around $60 - $70. Whilst a 2-min session with even more famous actors who are so famous (A-list actors) are around $100 - $200.
I guess that’s the answer to your question.
