could just use the stack of magnets instead of a punch. You can do the reverse polarity thing like you did here or you can put the two halves of the coin against each other back to back so when you insert the new magnet it will attract into the hole in the proper orientation.
in either case, once you figure out which is the proper orientation you only have to do it once if you are holding the stack of magnets. Just slide the next magnet off and into the next hole.

If I saw this video 2 days ago it would have saved my life! I had the same problem as yours. One of the magnets fell off and I accidentally glued it´s wrong side of the back in my haptic coin. I have tried several things, including acetone, but never tried using fire, because some people say it weakens the magnet. I bought my coin from aliexpress, so I didn´t know the thickness of the magnet or it´s strength to buy new ones, neither the seller, so my only option was to claim a refund and return it to them.
Great video!! Did you ever experience rusted bearings on your haptic coin? Some of mine are rusted inside. How do you avoid humidity on your coins?

Oh wow that is a bummer! But at least next time you’ll know how to fix it! I have not had any issues with the bearings, so I’m not sure what to say about that. I guess you could use a little oil potentially just to keep them from getting moisture.
