I love Charice version the best because it had control vocally without sacrificing the desperation of the song. Jessica just sounds like she is trying to sound like Jennifer Holiday. The song can be great without having to give yourself vocal damage. After hearing Jessica's version, I wanted to give her some tea and lemon juice so she can recover her voice back lol

The best performance of "And I'm Telling You" is Jennifer Holiday and Jessica Sanchez in the AI finale! Now that performance was entertainment and vocals for days! They were freaking doing vocal acrobatics with each other! QUEENS!!!!!!!!! It was amazing!!! I think it's three different vibes in each performance. Regine is such a pro and finesse singer. She did a great job with this song. Charice has such a powerful voice and so much stage presence in such a young age. She's very versatile too, so of course she kind of edges out Regine. She's so impressive since she was young. For me, Jessica wins. The grit and growl in her voice just suits the song the best. I can feel it in her voice and her emotions the most. These kinds of gritty growl songs are Jessica's style and the music she's been influenced by since she was young.
