Hot damn, ain't this a nice shiny FC! Score could be better, but I don't give a shit, all I really wanted was an FC, this was my first ever FC of One, and perhaps my last. This song is no problem on PC, but console GH3 makes it much harder due to being locked at 60 FPS. - เกม

he wanted to make sure that know one thinks theirs a bot playing a game.
Pushing the buttons in the beginning will count as a miss, making the meter low, tht and proving he’s not a bot.

They should definitely remaster Guitar Hero 1 and 2. Bring back Freezepop and get Bucket head as an unlock able character. I remember GH 1 and the hammer ons and pull offs worked, but it was so strict it was unfair haha Love all the games and brilliant series.

My PTSD always triggers whenever I get to that point.
I’m kind of new to the game (been playing for like a month or so) and when I play this on medium I just start spamming my fingers. it’s like the only way for me not to get into blinking red and then lose the song entirely.
I don’t always lose around 80 to 90%
Fast solo A is a nightmare, until you learn how to properly do it. I'm left handed playing on a right handed guitar, so my hand does trips the OTHER WAY! (So blue, yellow into red, not the other way around like the trips in Fast solo A are actually structured.) so I have to use my other hand like I'm playing at 150%...

It's a shame that Guitar Hero and Rock Band had to burn themselves out so fast with constant releases. They were so fun. They could've stood the test of time if they hadn't gotten so greedy...

@@christopherregan1654 it takes the place of another lead guitar. There is no option for that in that game so they just called it bass even though it isn't.
Christopher Regan it’s not about there not being bass in GH. It’s about the actual recording and album. The legendary bass player know from Metallica died. They then picked up a new bass player named Jason Newsted. The other members from Metallica put a lot of their anger and emotion on Jason because they felt like jason wasn’t really part of the band and he was in the band because Cliff died. So the album they put out called “Justice for all” there was practically no bass.

I play guitar hero and real guitar, and I say from experience bc ik how to play this song that the guitar hero shit is easy compared to the real thing, especially bc on real guitar you have to tap and there are WAY more strings and frets to hit.

@@Winderlin There actually is one argument in favor of real guitar though, and that's if you miss one note on a real guitar, it doesn't ruin your whole solo; the next tap still sounds. But in GH3 each tap requires the previous note to be hit so if you miss one you're missing the entire section

There are way more to hit. It doesn’t matter. If I miss one too I lose fingering so you do have to hit every one or you can mess up.

There’s a certain charm that is so unbeatable in these Guitar Hero games. They choose great songs and everything from the visuals to the gameplay fits the mood. Everyone looks like they belong in a band and it looks like doing gigs. Everyone in the background is jamming. The menu screens look rock-themed, too. It’s the little things that helps :)
Still get the chills when I went to see this played live in Manchester a few years ago. That opening audio, the lighting at the Darkness bridge, Kirk's solo. One of my all time favourite songs

that's why it was always a thing in my family to always get the last note. that was their method of satisfaction since they knew they couldn't FC it.

This game and ISpy Spooky Mansion are my entire childhood. But it was specifically this game that made me who I am now, since it’s what made me interested in being in a band, and performing music in general. This game just made it look so fun, and I can’t thank it (and everyone who made it) enough for doing such a thing, because had this game not existed, I’d be listening to rap while working at a convenient-store. Thank You GH3

I could always play this song as a teenager 100% (it's been like 10 years or so since I played this game), but could never for the life of me play the fast solo. It used to frustrate the hell out of me that I could consistently muller the entire song, except for one little section 😅 I always had to save the star power for the solo, and strum like mad while jamming the buttons 🤣 Fair play to this guy 🤣
