    I served 20 years "security police". Nuclear missile security, intelligence in south east asia, air craft security, special duty assignment to law enforcement 89days, airbase ground defense, counter terrorism, combat training instructor to 3rd combat communications group. Served at 11 duty assignments both stateside and overseas. Hint: "the best war is a secret war".🐯

      @@harveymathis9667 there is: e mergency service team(e s t) the base swat team. Then theres phoenix raven(armed escort of special aircraft), dagre(special ops cops, that go on missions with pararescue/combat control). Air base ground defense(abgd) guarding air bases overseas from attack. Seek out sf livestigations or o s i(counter intelligence) to work undercover during your off duty time. Put in for a special duty assignment for world wide( youll get a top secret clearence and guard intelligence site. "Best war is a secret war" remember?😉) all this comes after, you graduate security force tech school. After your 4-6 years in the usaf you can then apply as security contractor (big $ overseas) with dyncorp. My uncle did that in bosnia, my cousin and brother in law did it in iraq. Course theres always the french foreign legion.

      @@harveymathis9667 i forgot. You can sign up for k-9 also and patrol with a bomb/drug dog. One of my airmen based in the portugese azores was k-9, he wasnt going to reenlist, then in 1989/90 usaf offered him special ops cops at hurlbert field, florida with a chance of going to airborne-ranger school. But, what they really wanted was his k-9 dog partner! So they both joined. The dog learned to parachute!

For example: ONE whole entire video about M.W.D. I think it will give a full view on what your audience will look for and they can ask questions pertaining to M.W.D.

      The Anarcho-Nerdist from my understanding of dagre you most likely have to be at a afsoc Base but if your bases offer these extra training to go to you can go as soon as you get done with your first QC which is a exam of your job and it is within a couple months of being on flight. After that if your unit has the available slots they will hold a try out to see who they will send. I went to the air assault tryouts and found out after I couldn't go due to not had my QC yet. So after that's you CA. Do whatever they offer and you are able to meet the physical and mental expectations.

      tacbear hey! So I’ve been EST for 5 years out of my 7. It’s basically the Air Force version of SWAT. Some Bases are full-time other bases it’s part time on top of your regular job. TRT or TRS is mostly in the missile fields. Fast is usually a deployment tasking however there are some bases that run it full-time. Ravens are flyaway security teams pretty much the same as fast, except the mission is a little different. Dagre is ravens on steroids they belong to AFSOC and deploy with SOF missions. Which is what I’m going to this summer. And I’ve never heard of Majcom Guard. Ive been on 2 deployments. Hit me up on IG if you want some more info. This is good stuff. Raven, dagre, catm, k9, there’s plenty to do.

      @nickwilsonxc 5 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      DAGRE (Deployed Aircraft Ground Response Element) is stationed at AFSOC (Air Force special operations command) bases. The course is held at Hurlburt Field, Florida which is the AFSOC headquarters. Currently DAGRE is hiring on a volunteer/resumé process through AMS (assignment management system). Factors such as time on station at your previous duty station and meeting all requirements (passing PT test, positive ratings on last 3 enlisted performance reports, etc.) will dictate who gets hired.
      Raven is an AMC (air mobility command) mission but it is possible to attend Raven school from other bases as long as your squadron has slots available.
      Both of these jobs are essentially about fly away aircraft security in possibly austere, dangerous locations. You go on missions and you provide security on the ground wherever the aircraft goes. Both are a great way to do a lot of traveling and a lot of deploying.
