Mindfulness Meditation Sucks - Stop Observing Your Thoughts and Do This Instead

  • Mindfulness is the only type of meditation which is promoted in the West, but it's a terrible form of meditation, which should only be practiced by complete beginners.
    There are many other forms of meditation, such as Heartmath, Tradaka, chakra meditation, Jyotir meditation etc., which provide far greater benefits and will help you far more on your journey of self-improvement and/or spiritual enlightenment.

    Thank you!!♡ There is so much misinformation within this reality that it's hard finding any helpful advice like this. I've tried mindful meditation for a while and it just feels like it no longer serves me y'know?? I hope more people discover this who need to hear it!!
