Lydia, if you haven't gone, I strongly recommend going to Le Gavroche in Mayfair. This is the restaurant that pioneered fine-dining in the UK, many famous chefs worked here, and they will be closing in January 2024.
Chez TJ in Mountain View "gave birth" to Joshua Skenes (Saison in San Francisco, 3 Michelin stars), Christopher Kostow (Meadowood in St. Helena, 3 Michelin stars), and Bruno Chemel (Baume' in Palo Alto, 2 Michelin stars).
A few tips 🙂 - L'Air Du Temps ** in Liernu/Belgium - De Mondion * in MDina/Malta - Alter * in Tongeren/Belgium - Da vinci* in Maasbracht/Netherlands - DIM Dining* in Antwerp/Belgium - Au Gré du Vent * in Seneffe/Belgium
@@LydiaCLinzi my top list changed :-) Had the pleasure to visit Lido 84 (Gardone Riviera - Lake Garda - Italy) and Hisa Franko (Kobarid - Slovenia ; they received their 3rd star a few days after I went), and they both are TOP. If you ever visit Belgium I would be great to have a lunch/dinner together in one of the top restaurants we have (Belgium and/or Netherlands)
@@dirkbulinckx9974 Is Hisa Franko easy to get to by public transportation? Also, do you recommend staying in the hotel or staying somewhere else? Thanks in advance!
@@lynnferry291 I don't think you can get there by public transport. As for staying there yes I would recommend, their breakfast is part of the experience
I shared your vid on my twitter or rather X account, got over 5K followers so I hope it will help your cause, personally I love your videos and enjoy the way you post, good luck Miss L
Amazing list
How do you not have more subs ... your restaurant videos are great! Maybe consider opening another channel focussing only on the food.
Thank you so much! Indeed who doesn’t love good food!

Thank you!! Anything in London ?
Two "new" ones I just visited:
* Lido 84
* Hisa Franko
In London I went to Core, but for me all of the others I mentioned were much better.
