Great video. Please tell me this. I have knee issues and going up and down stairs is a problem wirh me. Does this resort have facilities in place (elevators, ramps, golf carts etc) to help me get everywhere I might want to go? (ie: from room to restaurants, beach, pool etc..) Thanks so much, Steve S
Elevator, ramp, and golf carts are available. You will not have problems going to rooms, restaurant and pool on wheelchair. You have to walk few steps to the beach. Everything is within walking distance. Let me know if you have other questions!

My suggestions ; . 1) I like that you did the pros and cons of the hotel as you were going along . 2) Say The pros and cons again at the end of your video eg The Pros are ; The Cons are ; 3) Rate the hotel out of ten 4) Say if you’d stay there again 5) Film the the main pool more in detail 6 ) You did write which was the main pool and which was preferred but in the video visually , it wasn’t totally clear I just wanted to say , overall your video was very good! 🥰 One last thing , you mispronounced some words, Please don’t think I’m being rude , I’m just trying to help you. I realise that English isn’t your first language and you do speak it very wrap well 1) Pizza is pronounced Peet- sah . Is there only one pool? Is the pool very small? Was the pool overcrowded ? They always play sports and other things organised by the hotel in the pool . What time did they do this? Did it disrupt you ?
There is only one pool for requests and another one for preferred club guests. Pool can get extremely overcrowded during the day. We saw people playing volleyball in the pool, few times during our stay.

My older sister is going to treat me, my two sisters and my nephew to a holiday and she thinking is thinking of booking this hotel with British Airways in the next few days for next year ( I’m in the UK ) . We normally spend our time in the pool. So maybe then it’s not a good idea to stay at this hotel , as the pool is very crowded ! And they play volleyball in there which is awful as it’s very crowded ! In the timeline 5:06 to 5:19 you will see preferred club pool and swim up rooms (proffered club). Also 10:07 to 10:30 is preferred club swim up bar and pool ground view. Pool is very small and very overcrowded. 1. About five weeks ago. 2. Hotel are nice as you can see in the video. 3. Personally I will not return. 4. Yes, it is very small. 5. Proffered club is not as crowded as regular but it is some of the crowded pool I have seen. 6. Proffered club pool is smaller than general pool. 7. World buffet is very small compare to Tulum's Dreams and Dominican Republic's Dream resorts. You would be very disappointed if you are locking for vegetarian foods. 8. Yes World Buffet is open for bleakest as well. They have omelet stand where they make omelets, fish and burgers. I am assuming you are vegetarian and you don't want them to cook your food with beef or pork. If it is the case than you better go somewhere else. We ask them several times, tips them ahead, told them not to mix our food and they did not understand. There was pasta stand at lunch. We did not go world buffet for dinner. My thoughts. It is an affordable resort and offers 25 minutes free massage, one romantic breakfast in room and lots of entertainment in the beach. That's all is good about the resort. If you are visiting for pool or beach my suggestion is to go to Cancún. Cancun is close to the airport and it has nicer beach. Hope this is helpful. Let us know if you have any additional questions.
I’ve been at a Barcelo Maya Palace which was very big and open with kids amenities. Did this location have a family feel to it for kid and an area to just jump in and swim with the fishes(no pun intended lol).
This place is small. Some people might like it. There is a place for small kids it is quite small. The beach area is small about 4 ft. deep due to the wall they have in the ocean. I personally like the open area. So if you are locking for very big open area I suggest you to find some other places.
