If they were talking about western fashion, they would never mention the influence of other cultures in it, but when ever they talk about other cultures, they always have to emphasize the influence of western culture, I have come to always expect this and they never seem to disappoint.

Filipino Fashion hasn't reached the arch of American haute couture yet or made a significant impact on what is fashion today. Unlike China who fueled the fashionable aesthetics of Western Fashion for centuries.
