Dude... the memories, i remember my boi Metalmamemon and how he carried me during 23 in-game days. He fought 3 times vs Machinedramon, get most of the digimon as posible and won like 3 championships. I went to the prehistoric zone, where times goes slow just to give them some more hours of life and tell him how much i loved him. Was a great Digimon, max int, max atk and max hp. He leaves a huge legacy and made most progress to the island.
He’s my personal favorite and was my very first ultimate lv Digimon. Unfortunately he didn’t manage as much yours did since I was a confused kid in the digital world. My toy town digivolved monzaemon achieved more 😂
@@Zefa2213 when i was a little kid playing this game i didn't really understand it too well. I kepr getting frustrated because i only got numemon and sukamon. But as I learned I finally got my first real champion digimon meramon. he also digivolved up to my first ultimate too which was Vademon. looking back on it after becoming a bit of an expert at this game i have no idea how I got Vademon not knowing what I was doing lol.
My most emotional ride with this game as a kid was when I had a Biyomon. I don't know what I did differently but it ended up evolving into a Kokatorimon. I was ecstatic, I had only had crappy (sometimes literally) Digimon for a while and was excited to have a brand new Digimon. I went and did so many battles, fought tough Digimon to get into the city... and then Kokatorimon got sick, and I was aaages away from the city. I urgently started running back to buy medicine before Kokatorimon died. I had just crossed the bridge east of the city and was almost there... and my Digimon stopped. The game zoomed into my Digimon while I felt a sad pit in my stomach. It was only half way through the animation that I realized "hold on... he's not dying- he's DIGIVOLVING!". I had never had an Ultimate Digimon before, until my Kokatorimon digivolved into Piximon. I was so overjoyed! I instantly went on more adventures with my new strong Digimon! I'm pretty sure I even managed to defeat the Piximon who goes to the city with my own Piximon. I didn't let anything stop me... little did I realize I should have let something stop me. I didn't fully understand the Vir meter, and that when it filled up my Digimon would digivolve into Sukamon. I didn't stop and find bathrooms when Piximon needed to poop, so naturally he ended up 'digivolving' into Sukamon. I was DEVISTATED. I ended up killing my digimon on purpose because I was so disappointed. Then only about a week later did I find out there was actually a way to convert any Sukamon back into their former Digimon. Once I realized that, you can imagine the regret I had for killing my Digimon! Kid me was NOT impressed in myself. Also some honorable mentions are the first time encountering Greymon. Walking out of Jijimon's house to be met with the almighty GREYMON was a shock! Also honerable mention of how difficult I found it to get Monochromon to the city, having to work at the store was so frustrating! "That's highway robbery!" I don't care you stupid penguin, just BUY THE MEDICINE!
I had a similar sick Digimon story, though mine had a sadder ending. I didn't understand how the stats on digimon effected what they would turn into so because I would often... coddle? and go easy on my digimon training-wise thinking I was taking BETTER care of it by NOT training it too hard, they would usually be weak and turn into Numemon. Maybe 1 in 4 digimon I would raise would be something of worth. This story begins when I got some absolute joy in my Patamon digivolving into a leomon! God Leomon was so cool I got very emotionally attatched to this guy, especially because I was able to use him to progress in the game further and recruit new digimon! When travelling not far from file city I encountered the rare spawn that is pixiemon and not realizing he was an ultimate I thought "Eh, I could beat that little pink poofball!" I was terribly wrong. Pixiemon wiped the floor with my Leomon, and worse he got sick when he came to. I didn't have the clinic or the shop or anything yet so ALL of my items where scavenged... I didn't even know there WAS a clinic or a shop... (I had no idea how to play the game honestly... recruiting Digimon scared me because I thought they would hurt my digimon so I was often scared to try new encounters and avoided them...) So my only option was medicine but.... PIXIEMON STOLE IT! And all of my food! I literally had 99 meat and 99 Mushrooms! And all of the SM recoveries I had grinded off of ModokiBetamon to get! I was scared and rushed off towards gear Savanah to try and get to the junk shop and recover my medicine! Unfortunately I had no sense of direction and got lost, eventually ending up in Grey Lords Manor. I got stuck in there. I had no healing items, I couldn't get out because of the Flarizamon at the entrance. I was stuck. I didn't want to risk him fighting one of the Soulmon in the front yard or the Flarizamon, I hated when my Digimon died in combat. So I just sat there, and waited until the end with him. "I'm hungry" he'd say. But I had no food. "I'm Sick" he'd say. But I had no Medicine. "I'm tired." He'd say. But I couldn't get him to Punimon to rest. And then it eventually happened: He died, as all Leomon do. This was a game, but I was a kid who had sunk DOUBLE DIGITS of hours into this game (Effectively just raising Digimon over and over again and not really progressing) But Each Digimon meant a lot to me and at the rarity of actually accidentally GETTING anything but Numemon left me sad and angry and upset at the loss of my Leomon. This was when I learned by accident that you get good digimon by training them, not coddling them, because I was so angry at Pixiemon for taking my Food, My Medicine, and my LEOMON on top of it all from me I spent the next 3 digimons life cycles training them and pushing them to be as strong as they can be because goddamn it I was going to get my revenge on Pixiemon! I'd train Strong Champions and run back to where Pixiemon had been waiting for him to show up! It took 3 Digimons life cycles to FINALLY encounter him again and with a REALLY suped up Tyrannomon I got my revenge for my Leomon. I know that's super overdramatic sounding but again, I was a kid who invested a lot of time into these digimon and cared for each little blob of polygons.
I remember 1 time were I was so sad becausy my Digimon literally died, just to discover that It unlocked a new evolution I had no idead that if Angemon dies in battle It can evolve to Devimon
@@KichiMiangra "I was scared and rushed off towards gear Savanah to try and get to the junk shop and recover my medicine! Unfortunately I had no sense of direction and got lost, eventually ending up in Grey Lords Manor." I'll say, literally opposite direction of the city. Grey Lord's is through the jungle east of the city, Gear Savanah is through the mountains to the south-west. I still remember this, despite not having played the game in almost a decade.
Didn’t know you could reverse the sukamon transformation. Just knew about using numemon to transform into the teddy bear digimon. That was satisfying. Finding the bear suit, getting the message my digimon wouldn’t fit. Trying out rookies that also wouldn’t fit, then thinking of numemon and it worked! Was also my first ultimate, but not for lack of trying with others (though no guide). Confused me into thinking world items were the only way to get ultimate transformations for awhile, then thinking I was just missing a ton more transformation objects.
My best memory of this game when I was growing up was with my beloved Tyrannomon. He got me through many battles but I saw his life was coming to an end and I was certain I didn't meet any evolution requirements so I brought him to the gym to spend his remaining time. When the game did that little pause I was sure this was his end but then I saw the little speech bubble. On his last legs, he digivolved to MetalGreymon and I literally jumped out of my seat. Beat the rest of the game with him!
This is beautiful. I love it. I took had a Tyrannomon and as he was getting older I literally stopped playing the game so he wouldn't die since it was the only time I'd ever gotten anything other than a Numemon 😂
"Imagine being a kid and trying to get a Metalgreymon and getting a Numemon because the official strategy guide lied to them" This made me have war flashbacks I managed to forget of getting the exact stats the guide told me multiple times and assuming I'd done something wrong somewhere over and over again before I thought to look it up online and had to go outside and scream a bit. That said this was also my absolute favorite game as a kid, which says something about me...
The problem with those guides is that they're mostly focused on the stats, and I remember as a kid I tried so hard to reach those stats. Years after we just realized that Digivolution happens because 3 out of 4 conditions were fulfilled. Now I barely train for Stats to reach Ultimate, just complete the other 3 conditions.
@@Speedracer6 I had a Pokémon Red/Blue guide that claimed special moves and status moves were the same thing and that the special stat determined their accuracy. Also that double-type Pokémon don't get the same-type-attack-bonus, so _Tangela_ is actually the best Grass-type in the game! So much for worst guide in history.
17:56 So, each digimon has a set of requirements, then a number that defines how many of those requirements you need to meet. Leomon may have 35 moves as a requirement but he also requires less of his requirements than MegaSeadramon, meaning you could miss one or two and still get Leomon.
That's...........not actually how the digivolution system works in this game. There are 3 ways for a Digimon to digivolve, and they are as follows: 1) There are 4 statistics the game keeps track of, those being weight (you can be within 5 units of the weight you need),number of care mistakes, stats (things like HP, attack and speed, and the number listed is the minimum requirement for that stat), and bonus conditions. By meeting at least 3 of the 4 of these, you're Digimon will digivolve into the appropriate form. 2) "Special Digivolution", which uses other metrics to determine the next form; this type of digivolution can "break the rules" of normal digivolution, as it were. 3) Digivolution items will digivolve your Digimon based on the specific item used, but do not increase your stats or life expectancy.
@@matthewkuscienko4616 you need to achieve all the stat criteria or is it like the later world games, that each one is a separate criteria and you just need to achieve some of them? Like world re:digitize, where there's 11 total criterias(hp, mp, defense, attack, speed, brains, weight, happiness, discipline, total battles and techniques) and some digimon have like, 6 things you need to do but you only need to have 4 done
@@leonardodelimaferreira8509 For the stat requirements, it depends on your Digimon that you wish to digivolve into: champion Digimon don't need all 6 stats, but you only need to get to 1000 for HP and MP and 100 for the rest, but they have to be higher than the other stats to work, for example: both Meramon and Drimogemon only require you to raise your rookie level Digimon's offense stat. But for ultimate level Digimon, you usually need to raise all your stats to meet this criteria, with each one needing different levels to meet their requirements, but this isn't true for all ultimate level Digimon, for example: Piximon, Mamemon and MetalMamemon require all but HP and MP, and Giromon only needs offense, speed and brains to be raised, but again, it heavily depends on which Digimon you want to get. As for care mistakes, weight and bonus conditions, they all count as separate requirements, while your stats are all one singular requirement, and you need to meet 3 of the 4 to digivolve successfully, for example: if you're trying to get Andromon as your first ultimate Digimon (which is reasonable, I would say), it's probably going to be easier to get him by not focusing on his stats, but as long as you have the correct weight, 5 or fewer care mistakes, and have done at least 30 battles, your champion Digimon should turn into him. As for further clarification on bonus conditions, most of the time, 2 are listed, in the above example with Andromon, he requires 30+ battles or 30+ learned techniques, but you only need 1 of those 2 requirements to satisfy the condition; there are also certain champion Digimon that require you to have a specific rookie Digimon as one of their bonus conditions (such as Kabuterimon, for example, of whom needs Kunemon), so having that appropriate rookie will effectively satisfy 1 of your requirements needed without having to do anything
The spiritual sequel to this on PS4 " Digimon World Next Order" is one of my fav games of the last generation. The protagonist of this game even shows up in it.
There's a lot to love about Next Order, but god damn does it bother me how much of my Mega time I have to spend raising my other digimon up to at least Ultimate, because their cycles keep going out of sync.
There's one before it. Or two to be exact. It's on the psp. Don't think it has an official english translation. But therd is a fan made english sub patch. The second one still isn't translated officially and fan made. It's the first game to have that purple haired girl in Cybersleuth. Edit: it's called Digimon World RE:Digitize. Digimon World RE: Digitize Decode is it's sequel.
hearing about your trouble finding digimon games just reminded me of how I found dawn and dusk randomly in a store one day, I hadnt even heard they were a thing that existed. it was a nice surprise!
I got Dawn and Dusk and Championship. It’s been so long that I can’t remember how I found them, but I’m pretty sure they were all brand new, and Dawn has a sticker on it saying that I got it brand new for only $19.99 because of some kind of sale.
I adored Digimon World. It was one of my favorite games as a kid. I still get kind of emotional when I hear the File City nighttime music. It definitely had flaws, but I loved it.
Ah, Digimon World. Back during the time when Digimon lore was as simple as "artificial lifeforms in a virtual land that needs saving." Now, we're at "alien monsters from a parallel universe with an entirely different set of physical laws, with complex relationships, politics, and pantheons"... I love this series.
Yuh, Digimon for the first time ever surpassed Pokemon hah, fuck freak did the biggest mistake in their franchise "Gotta catch 'em all!" More like *Gotta Catch Few Of 'Em Now!*

Still to this day. This is my favorite Digimon game. Yes it was too tedious. But the mechanics were a lot nicer. And the Digimon you had felt a lot more personal, as the way the other games just threw every Digimon at your face for you to have them all the time.
The only Digimon game I played was Digimon World 3. From what I remember, that one had an actual narrative going on, and also had a pretty fun card game minigame.
i would grind for hours at the begining of the game to buy 4 BK Metal Garurumon cards. Every single play threw. it made the card battles so much fun. its like i had 4 god cards that i could pull out at any time. World 3 was eipic and wish it would get a remaster!
Ahh, good memories, good times... I had a couple of friends who my brother and I hung out with a lot, and when they got this game we all sunk COUNTLESS hours into it. Two of us started with Agumon, two started with Gabumon. We also had the Prima strategy guide, and tried to utilize it properly. Three of us ended up with Monochromon, but one of the Gabumon players got a Tyrannomon, which was wild to us given the small experiences. We all took our turns exploring around, recruiting for the city, and then, one by one, we had our Digimon die and be reborn. I decided, this time, to go for my (at the time favorite) Champion, Angemon, so following the guide, I got Patamon, and then my Angemon came to be. It was exciting. Looking through the Ultimates, I decided to go for what I felt was the easiest Ultimate to get (hint: it wasn't), Vademon. The only criteria listed was to be alive for a certain, rather long, period of time before Digivolution. But I thought, maybe if I get the stats for Vademon listed in the guide and make 0 mistakes that I would end up possibly get my Angemon to live long enough to be a Vademon. It was a rough few hours doing nothing but training, including the times for rest, getting food, bathroom trips, all that. I had two stats left to get to Vademon's level when the unthinkable happened. There was a freeze, and then the screen went dark around Angemon. I was sad, my Angemon was my buddy, and after all that, he- wait what? That's the Digivolution field! But I didn't reach Vademon's stats! Is...is it actually...? Did I get Vademon...? No. No, I was not fated to get Vademon (to this day, still never have). Instead, I got Phoenixmon. For those who do not know, in the Prima Strategy Guide had three Ultimates that had absolutely no details on how to get them in-game. One was MegaSeadramon, which Billiam outlined trying to get in this very video. The other two were HerculeesKabuterimon and Phoenixmon. We were kids without any access to even the somewhat primitive internet of the time. We had absolutely no way too know just what was required to get them. And yet without knowing how I got one of the two MEGAS in the game (Mega was not a thing in Digimon when the game was made so they were listed as Ultimates at the time but were still insanely busted). The older of our two friends actually stood up after the initial freak-out we all had, left the room, and wouldn't speak to or even LOOK AT me for a week, she was so angry I got her favorite Digimon and didn't know how it was done. She tried for weeks after that to get Phoenixmon the same way I did, getting Angemon and training to get Vademon's stats but never got Phoenixmon and eventually just gave up. I felt bad cause I didn't know what I did or how to fix it! She and I were eventually talking again when she got over her anger but still, haha. That Phoenixmon actually paved the way for me to nearly finish populating File City at the time. I explored aaaaaalll over the island, beating the tough bosses and recruiting a ton of Digimon. Remember how Billiam took 3 Digimon to beat Birdramon? Phoenixmon was extremely overpowered for that fight bar none. We were unstoppable too everything but the age counter. And that counter did run out. I actually was WAY over the limit to trigger Greymon when I did, and when I did...well, he was Phoenixmon's last fight. Immediately after winning, Phoenixmon passed away. I have never to this day been able to replicate getting Phoenixmon even knowing the requirements as we do now. And so I remember all of those days fondly as the years go by~
When I first got this game my friend would come over to my house every day after school to play this and we would try to get a Metalgreymon and EVERY single time we got Numemon. We got Numemon so much so that the game became "let's just hope for anything that isn't a Numemon." Never happened. I don't blame the game because I am aware we were dumb kids and the mechanics of the game were probably too complex. But that game is a special memory and that's something
12:50 Is there really a point on trying to get ANYTHING done in life, if eventually we all are going to die? Digimon: Teaching you the lessons that other games won't. 17:50 This game is such a wild ride. Every stat, care mistake and the like count as a check-mark for your next evolution. There is no easy way to explain this but I will try: -You need to fulfill at least 3-4 conditions to be able to evolve. -Digimon have priorities. For example: Piyomon will have an easier time evolving into Birdramon rather than other Digimon even if they both share 3-4 or more conditions, should they tie. -The Digimon with the more conditions marked will be the one you evolve into. -Further extra conditions, such as techs, can be used as bonuses to ENSURE you can get the Digimon you want, as sometimes you might overlap them. Example: Meramon and Centarumon have pretty similar stats and you would end up getting either if you just go for stats alone, so you could for example ensure you get a Meramon by making care mistakes.
@@billiam I recommend trying Digimon World Next Order if you liked DW1 but it frustrated you too much. Next Order is essentially DW1 except improved in almost every way it needed to not be super frustrating.
I remember playing this one time at a relatives of a relatives house, and the only memory I have of it was not knowing what I was meant to do and Agumon pooping ಠ_ಠ
That game is pretty hardcore and doesn't give any directions. But if you know what you are doing you can digivolve however you want. There are now online guides for this: www.phoenix-staffel.de/digimon/DigimonWorld/evolution.html
As a child, I stole this game's official Prima strategy guide from the library, yes STOLE it from the library, and in the 20 something years sense then, it hasn't done a single thing to help Numemon NOT happen. In fact, answering "Yes" to the question at the beginning of the game when it asks if you already own a digivice is a malicious beginner's trap that actually sets the game to hard mode, making it 10% more picky about what stats you need to get an evolution you're trying for. I'm pretty sure that's not even in the Strategy guide, and I had NO IDEA that I had been making the game needlessly more frustrating for myself all these years until a streamer mentioned that last year.
@@guilhermerocha2797 I think it affects if you get Agumon or Gabumon first well, one of the starter question does. I don't know which or both. But You can get Agumon or Gabumon first and it's not random.
The furry Kenny McCormick... And a reminder that the one from 1st season gets mercilessly massacred not only once, but TWICE and for good after perishing in the human world.
I like most of Billiams videos.....but this one is frustrating.....hes forcing himself to play this video just because it's "not pokemon"......but this exactly why pokemon is better? Everything he gripes about?
It makes me happy to see someone look back at the og Digimon World with the same complex love and adoration that I have for the game. This game is my childhood and yet I barely experienced more than half the game let alone finished the main story till I was an adult with a plethora of online guides to help me.
"A lot of the game is just walking back to File City" Billiam, Auto Pilot is going to change your Digimon World. Also, it's great to see this game covered. Nostalgia aside, it's nice to see the game getting discussed still (Can A Game Be Too Complex by EmceeProphIt being a great video on Digimon World to check out), how fast this game can be speedrunned, all the remixes made for this games soundtrack over the years (with my personal favourite being Fly By Night by Marcus D) and the fact there are guides still being made on GameFAQs for this specific game even after 20 years is amazing. There may be new things being learned about the game, too, as I know Digimon World has bit of a history of having people discovering something new about it but I don't keep up with the Digimon World community to know if there is anything recently learned.
@@mckstellar1005 I found Digimon World: Next Order, to be pretty entertaining. And its a lot less obtuse than the original. If you find it cheap I'd reccomend it. Just don't play it on Normal difficulty. They balanced the difficulty pretty badly.
@@DeltaHunterL Yeah I've been playing on Normal. Should I turn it down then? The game seems grindy as hell - par for the course for a Digimon came but more so than usual. Took me like 4 or 5 digimon to clear the first chapter
Digimon world 3 is one of my favorite games and made Kotemon and his line my favorite digimon. i personally prefer digimon rumble arena 2 though, had it on game cube till my copy got to scratched to function.
One of my favorite games of all time. Tons of cool areas to explore, incredible music, secrets EVERYWHERE, a great progression system and some cryptic-ass (yet satisfying) game mechanics. Seriously, uncovering the layers of this game back in the day was one the coolest gaming experiences I've ever had.
For me, my most memorable moment of playing this game as a kid was raising Hououmon, maxing out it stats, and then using it to take on the final boss at the top of Mount Infinity. That last boss theme is wonderful.
This was so good, thank you for looking into this. Its great to see someone pick up on something I spent literally years of my life playing. I still have a copy and play regularly so it really means a lot to see this in such depth. If you’re keen on more fun, Digimon World 3 is TEN TIMES more frustrating than this, but it’s got a lot more digimon from Tamers and Frontier so it’s away from the classic digimon, and you also get three partner digimon in turn based combat - but it’s another slow burn, and it’s even more infuriating than Digimon World 1. Also Rumble Arena is really fun but very basic and primitive! It’s just a series of mini games, Smash Bros style. That would make a great short video if you’re not keen on any in-depth research in your busy life. Keep at it, you’re a hero!!
@@harryj4260 Okay so the first one is the main cyber sleuth story while the second one is more like a companion story to the first. I like both of them a bunch actually but I would suggest playing them in first than second order. Also since you like ff10 I think you will definitely like this game as its more of JRPG style than the game Billiam played.
@@harryj4260 Personally having played both, cyber sleuth is more like the main story and then the second game is a side story to the main story so playing sleuth first might help you understand some things. This game right here is my childhood. It is probably the only PS1 game I still have from back then. Even if it's not my all time favorite game, it's one that I can't help but admire for its complexity yet simple fun. A series of high and lows is the best way to describe this game.
Digimon World 1 on PS is the greatest monster raising game in existence. I recommend supporting the unreal 4 remake. The people making it are insanely talented. God Bless
One of my favorite games EVER and one of the few that have really felt like a dangerous adventure. 0 handholding and you discover new things on every new playthrough. It isn't for everyone though.
3 tips. 1. You don't really need to train that much, really. Fights are better. 2. Listen to rumours and what the Digimons say. And 3. Do NOT use a walkthrough or you will ruin your experience.
This. Training are only necessity during early game, and early stage of Digimon's life (Baby & In-Training), but soon enough you learn that you spent less in-game hours (while gaining more stats) from fighting than training, because battle pause the in-game hours. And yeah, it's more fun guessing what your partner can become next. If one aimed to filled the Digivolution Chart, there's always Digivolution item later in game. ^^
one of the fatal mistake for ppl who played by using the walkthrough is by following all the stats required for the evolution, whereas they don't need to meet all those req
I remember this game really weird. I started with Agumon, and after a few Numemon I managed to train an Agumon into Tyranomon... And then he started to be ALWAYS hungry. And my daily rations of meat weren't enough. I had to scavenge mushrooms around the closest parts of the island, and maybe find one Digimon along the way. ... Then he died. And I picked Patamon. And he evolved into Nanimom. And he died again. And I left the game because I was too young to understand what did I do wrong or how to progress the game. Weird times.
I remember playing this and couldn't figure out why my tyranomon died all of a sudden. then I downloaded like 20 pages of walkthrough just to learn how to play and digivolve. good times.
Digimon world is by far my favorite RPG. Honestly, I like digimon world 2 and 3 as well. I never really watched the anime, but the games were all fantastic and varied.
Yes! It's such a steal and so worth it, yet I keep seeing people hate on it every chance they get. It's nowhere near as stressful as this game seems, I figured out most things myself and managed to beat it on hard mode fairly easily without relying on any guides besides looking up a few things like locations of where to purchase certain items, but other than that I tried to do everything myself and I really liked both games. So much so that I was kind of sad to find out that the competitive scene isn't very lively anymore, assuming it ever was. I would've loved if it had gotten random updates with new digimon even if only for online battles since they made the models for rearise anyway, but it seems the demand is barely there for rearise as it is.
@@avavago as someone who preordered the ps4 versions I'd say that is where the competitive scene was. And several digimon included in the "complete edition" were either preorder dlc (black agumon and gabumon lines, some special agumon as well as cherubimon virus and beelzemon bm for original cybersleuth. And a couple NX digimon for hacker's memory. ) or even patched in (the Burst modes for the data squad digimon in original is an example. ) Also from what I understand the complete edition allows you to use all the digimon that were in Hacker's memory in the original and they put some of the mechanics from hacker's memory into the original. The ps4 scene basically found what all the "best" teams were and just about all of online was that....that and hackers. I'm trying (and possibly failing) to say that the complete edition is just that. A complete version of both cybersleuth games. Games that haven't seen updates on ps4 in a long time and most likely won't see updates outside of stability for the other releases as well. Hopefully you find this information useful or enlightening. PS after launch the preorder codes for cybersleuth which were good for a year or two went for over $100 USD
This is one of THE classic ps1 games for me. I remember being 10 years old and pulling my very first all-nighter so eager to see what my augumon would digivolve into. And I got a Numemon that almost immediately died lol So good. Next Order on the ps4 was also very good
This game was my childhood and growing up nobody really knew this game until I introduced them to it. I was in love with digimon growing up. This game holds near and dear into my heart. I love this in depth review about the game. And I always get happy when people post about the game. I really hope this game becomes popular. Thanks for the video!
thank you for playing this game so i don't have to, feels like i got everything i needed from this 20min video probably saving me countless hours and headaches. what a scholar
3 was also my first rpg... To think that i couldn't even get out of asuka city and explore the central and east sectors, but then learning how to use my digimons attacks and how healing works and managing to reach suiryu city. Then getting stuck in the east/central sectors for days not knowing what to do because i couldn't read english at time, so i end up griding my digimons up to insane lvs and droping a counter crest at central sector right outside of asuka city making the game a cake walk, also beating pharaohmon and mastertyranomon without any effort really early on.
World 3 is my favorite video game of all time. Objectively, it's not very good, but subjectively I adore it. I wish they brought monmon back though, I always loved the little guy.
@@neonoah3353 to be completly fair digimon world 3 is extremely difficult to complete without some sort of guidance at the bare minimum, this might sound like a negative but i actually view it as a positive. I remember that some parts where i got stuck were: 1) when you need to manofacture the bomb by getting first one of the ingredients as a drop by Triceramon and then placing the bomb behind Sepikmon's house (this took me a week to figure out, by then my digimon were overleveled as well) 2) the desert area, to be more specific the desert puzzles >counter crest drop that's lucky it really does makes the game easier one thing that i really like about world 3 is how they expended upon the card game that was first introduced in world 1. There you would only collect cards which was cool, but here you can collect them and play with them and that's amazing, i really like how many different types of cardmon there is represting the booster packs rarity, also the matches are fast paced, they don't drag for too long which makes them like a nice side-distraction instead of feeling tedious (although the matches sometimes can be very unfair) and last but not least in-game there is even cards tournaments, they really expanded a lot on this little concept that carried on from world 1 which i appreciate
YEEES!!! my prayers have been answered!! Thing game has such a special place in my heart. I still have my copy for ps1, I listen to the file city soundtrack on repeat while I study. I'm.so excited to hear your thoughts! Hope everyone will give this game a shot!
This holds a special place in my heart cause it’s one of the first games I remember playing. Obviously I played Spyro and others before this game came out. But it’s the first game I actually remember stuff about lol
Dude, digmon world was the first game i played on ps1 when i was like 5 or 6. I still have the console and the game, but I've moved on to Next Order. I love seeing Mameo again, it feels like he grew up with me. Thanks for taking the time to talk about Digimon (World).
I remember when I was 13, my dad and I went on a hunt for any of the digimon ds games in almost all the stores near us. We never found it but its a good memory.
I managed to get three of the four DS games: Dusk, Dawn, and Championship. I can’t remember how we managed it, though. I think they were all brand new when I got them-Dawn has a sticker on it saying that I got it new for only $19.99 because of some sale.
I still think it’s frustrating in moment but it’s what makes me wanna come back at times just to improve on my former plays. It’s also been one of the games that took me most time to complete. After I got rid of my ps1 this was the only game I kept because I was determined to beat it. I was about 20 when I finally took out machinedramon 🤙
I think it is but doesn’t mean it’s bad not everyone gonna be into to this kind of gameplay. Personally I’d rather play Digimon games like Digimon World 3 or the more recent games like Cyber Sleuth.
@@Yakkosprite I always end up wondering these things. My brother says final fantasy 1 is frustrating but I've been playing it so long and so many times I can walk through the game without a walkthrough or help. I often wish I could erase my memories of these kind of games for 2 weeks and replay them as if it was the first time and see how I feel about them from a fresh perspective :I
When I was 10 I would play this game for hours on end. I had a notebook that I would write down evolutions and different requirements that I found through trial an error. Then when I moved it was thrown out.
I never liked Digimon until Pokemon ruined it with whore and shit (sword and shield) I'm pretty much done if this keeps up to gen 9 or that is the final gen, for now rather play the newest Digimon for the switch
@@yourdailysadisticfolkfromi6619 I'm honestly REALLY excited for Digimon Survive. It's been pretty quiet when it comes to that release lately but I'm hopeful for a 2020 release
Pokémon with abs...and boobs....LOTS of boobs... Seriously, unlike Pokémon, Digimon isn’t afraid to throw some major T&A sex appeal at you with the feminine digimon. They can range from kawaii waifu to some “fap to me, daddy” levels of horny in their designs. Look up: “Venusmon” “Tinkermon” “JetSilphymon” “Sistermon” “Ceresmon” and “Meicrackmon VM” to see what I mean.
8:31 Actually no, the requirements in the guidebook are correct, it only missing from Metalgreymon is that you could get 95% discipline OR 30 battles. The only thing that any strategy guide leaves out is the fact that you need 3 of the 4 requirements, Stats, Weight, Care Mistakes and Bonus, any combination of these 3 will make it evolve. Although the guide does kinda say this on page 52. If you had a Greymon with 60-70 weight, less than 10 care mistakes and 30 battles OR max disipline, I 100% gurantee you it will be a Metalgreymon, regardless of its stats.
That's mostly true, except that the high discipline is not actually a requirement for Metalgreymon. The only ultimates that use happiness or discipline as a bonus condition are Mamemon, MetalMamemon, Giromon, and Piximon. I've had multiple Metalgreymons in my time playing the game, and never once did discipline play a part in determining rather I'd get him or not, though it IS a bonus condition for Greymon.
@@matthewkuscienko4616 95% Discipline absolutely is a ONE of the conditons for Metalgreymon, its important to remember the 3 of 4 rule, Stats, Weight, Care Mistakes and Bonus, if you have ANY 3 of those 4, you can ignore the 4th. You can achieve the Bonus conditions without disipline if: Your Greymon fought 30 battles, Metalgreymon has 2 bonus conditons. If so, disipline doesn't matter as the bonus if already fulfilled. OR ALL champions and ultimates have their bonus automatically fulfilled if they know more than a certain number of techniques/moves. In Metalgreymon's case, its 30. If so, you don't need 95 disipline or 30 battles. For example: if your Greymon knew 30+ techniques, had the correct stats and 0 care mistakes, it would would evolve into Metalgreymon. Even if it had the wrong weight. Also, Mamemon, MetalMamemon, Giromon and Piximon, only use 90-95 Happiness as a bonus, no disipline there. The other ultimates that have disipline are Andromon (95) and Phoenixmon (100) that have discipline as a bonus.
@@Gamewizzy ...........Where exactly are you getting these numbers? I have looked into the information online, and this is the first time I've ever heard of Phoenixmon, Andromon, or Metalgreymon having discipline as a bonus condition. Plus what you said about Piximon needing happiness rather than discipline contradicts what you said before about the guidebook being correct. Having said that, and I'm aware that certain things were left out when that book was written, but I'm still a little bit sceptical about what you said about which Digimon needing discipline, especially with your claim of Phoenixmon needing it, given that it's one Digimon that seems to have multiple contradictory sets of requirements that no one can 100% agree on.
@@matthewkuscienko4616 Ok yeah, lemme word that better, most of whats in the book is correct, the main point was that "the guide lies", Yes, somethings are missing, like Metalgreymon's disiplince or its weight being 60-70, rather than just 65 or just wrong, like Piximon needing disipline. But if you need followed what IS in the book for Metalgreymon, it would work 100% of the time. If it didn't work, something was missing, like maybe he had only 2 of the 3 required conditions out of 4, (remember you need ALL the required stats for it to count as 1) or hes confused coz he said he got a Numemon while trying for MetalGreymon? I also went and tested Piximon's bonus, and it is Happiness and not Disipline, I had a Vegiemon, kept it max happiness, low discipline, never fed it so it would have 15 Care Mistakes and 1-10 weight, and immediately after the 15th time it was hungry, it evolved into Piximon. The best source for any evolutions would be www.phoenix-staffel.de/digimon/DigimonWorld/evolution.html , it's clear that old game magazines, especially from 2000 aren't exactly reliable, doubt that had the tools/time to fully test everything, even my old magazine I used for evo stats (Station Solutions Issue 58) has the same mistakes as the Prima, Metalgreymon's weight and discipline, Piximon needing discipline, coz I'd bet it likely copied the Prima guide.
17:40 I got Phoenixmon on my first playthrough of the game and was so surprised; I didn't even have the guidebook yet which was my childhood's greatest achievement. I only had 4 Champions and barely had all the techniques too. However, it took a long time to get any ultimates and another Phoenixmon after that. I think the guide book actually contradicted of my method of actually getting Phoenixmon, especially since it has no mention of its requirements other than its overall stats.
......That is literally because the guidebook does NOT list what requirements you have to meet if you want a MegaSeadramon, Phoenixmon, or HerculesKabuterimon, and it's also the reason why if you look up guides on the internet on how to get any of these 3 Digimon, you tend to get contradictory information. In fact, the only information the guidebook explicitly gives you on how to get one of those 3 is telling you which Digimon will turn into each of them.
This might sound weird but my favorite Digimon of all time is ChaosGallantmon, the evil version of Gallantmon. I’ve always found his color scheme cool and I like that he’s not a black clone like his previous evolutions, that makes him more unique. He’s also my favorite character in Digimon Rumble arena 2 so seeing ChaosGallantmon just reminds me of those nostalgic days when I played that game with my sister. ChaosGallantmon is the coolest and the most nostalgic Digimon to me and that’s why he’s my favorite.
ChaosGallantmon is in that game? I didn’t know that. I’ve been thinking about playing Digimon World Dusk for a while since Lunamon is my 3rd favorite Digimon. Getting ChaosGallantmon is just the perfect motivation to play any Digimon game.
I have a similar experience. Playing Digimon World DS made me appreciate the Dorumon line, especially Dorugoramon. His Thievish Claw attack is insane. I just dislike his rudolph nose
DORUmon is an awesome Digimon! All of his forms are great specially his Mega forms Alphamon and DORUgoramon. Valdurmon is also a great Digimon, he’s gigantic and also Biyomon’s final Mega form, plus if he combines with Susanoomon they become Chronomon. He’s a powerful bird like Digimon with the strenght of a god.
I just ordered Digimon Dusk yesterday. A video game shop in my neighbor town had a used copy of it in a pretty good shape. It should arrive in about a week. I’m getting ChaosGallantmon in that game as soon as I can.
I remember playing this game and a curious glitch happened to me on psx... i had a betamon. it digivolved into seadramon (cool!), i do one step, screen freezes, digievolution animation. seadramon turns into airdramon (super cool!). i'm happy, do one step, screen freezes, digievolution animation. aidramon turns into phoenixmon (super digicool!). so, i had the most OP stage 5 digimon 3 days old that was constatly fed with the fish that makes it live longer :) TL;DR: glitch and betamon turned into phoenixmon withing a minute Anyone else saw this?
Yesss!! I had this once too!! Byomon digivolved into birdramon, then into airdramon and then straight to Phoenixmon! I was soo damn proud after having a series of numemons happening to me before that
Not a glitch, that's an actual feature and works like intended. Seadramon and Birdramon have a secret evolution into Airdramon when sleeping. And if you fulfilled the requirements for Phoenixmon, nothing really stops the game from evolving you right away again after the first evolution happened.
I feel like if the evolution requirements were more lax and there were in game hints on how to get certain evolutions, it'd go a long way to improving Digimon World 1's problems.
I love this franchise because of THIS game, Digimon World makes you care about your partner instead of getting it beat and tossing it on a "boo boo bing bing" healing machine without consequences. Great job on covering this game
Matt The Hero they can. The pokemons don’t have THAT much animation to begin with. And with the news of how they spawn in game assets, their coding is not as optimal as when Iwata was helping gamefreak develop pokemon
Digimon. That nostalgic to me and in an unpopular opinion. I liked digimon more than pokemon. Yeah I know but now I say pokemon is better just because of the eeveelutions but this is super nostalgic to me. I grew up with the nick toons re runs of the show though.
This was the very first video game I ever had, so the nostalgia is off the charts for me. I can't imagine playing it for the first time now for many of the reasons you laid out, but it was a really fun game to explore and just try things and see what happens. Legit, the best two digimon I ever had were Kunemon and Vegimon. Speed is king in that game and they both used poison...jab, sting? Before an opponent could hit.
I used to play this game all the time when i was growing up it remains one of my fav games to this day i still pay it ocasionally i cant bring myself to finish it because i just dont want it to end i love everything about it the music the backgrounds its such a unique game i think ill still be playing it when im 70.
Love this game. Spent a lot of my childhood playing this game, and endlessly being confused cause nothing made sense at the time lol. My friends and I still loved it and continuously revisted it throughout the years. You should try Digimon World 4. I played that for a significant amount of time 1 summer during college with 1 of my buddies who loved the 1st game as much as I did. 4 is super grindy, but we were determined to get Mega's. We eventually abandoned that quest after the ps2 memory card currupted and we lost out like +100 hours saves. Good times lol
Digimon World 4 was the coolest thing to me back in the day!! I remember coming home from school and everyday a friend and I would just try to get a little further. We never got to the point of obtaining megas, but we did beat the final boss and I remember it as some of my fondest gaming experiences
I FEEL THE SAME THING WHEN I PLAY DIGIMON WORLD NEXT ORDER I'VE TURNED MY CHILDREN INTO A EMO MESS WERE AND I'M POOR I CAN'T AFORD SINGLE ITEM IN THE VENDING MACHINE MY CHILDREN ARE HUNGRY BRUISED AND THEY NEED A BANDAID WERE DID I GO WRONG AS A PARENT IT'S SO STRESSFUL
Digimon World 3 is one of my favorite digimon games of all time. It made the formula so much better by giving you 3 digimon to start with, and no life cycle crap. You just get to evolve them by combining them or meeting certain requirements, and then build you 3 man team with whatever 3 digimon you pick. You have the base rookie digimon, and you can choose any of its evolutionary forms and level it up as well. Meeting the requirements for Black Wargreymon and all of the crazy megas was a lot of work.
As much as it wasn't a og Digimon world game, Digimon World 4 was my favourite as a child. Rumble Arena 2 is also a lot of fun with friends, not as stressful as world so give it a shot
This game has a quantifiable unknown kind of charm that its PSP japanese only (english patched mind you) remake couldn't replicate. As a kid I was hard crushed to keep renting this game to try to depressingly in vain make a cool digimon that would always eventually turned into something crappy - "always next time always next time" I would say as I manage to raise one even more shitty than last time. I remember making a meramon which was my pride and joy that had nothing but shit (literally) moves then died from too many care mistakes. I remember looking at the blockbuster box this came in for the first time and knowing, even with my excitable kid hype heart that this game sucked big time. However, I think there is an intentional amount of suck present in this game, as if by the game being difficult and frustrating it makes it all the more rewarding when you are able to make a cool digimon or get a useful town resident despite the janky mess. I was hooked on the building a town gimmick that was new and exciting for this age of gaming, and the suck of the game makes this almost like a intentional thing, making the town alive again and getting new stuff like restaurants, bigger food farms and flying bird transportation made the game slowly more bearable, you are literally building up and protecting yourself from all of the oppressive game elements. I'm not sure it was on purpose but it's smart game design. The game also has a bizarre interesting world that I would usually ignore as a kid, but sitting there frustrated about a dead digimon or not knowing how to proceed you start to stare at strange things and question why the farm is growing meat or why the jungle has gears and machinery growing out of it.
thanks for covering this game! I rented it back in the day but didn't make it too far. Now I'm having a great time playing it again with a guide. I do wish the Digimon lived longer, that there was more visibility cause I hate running into enemies unplanned, and that they didn't poop on the ground so easily, sometimes I can't even make it one screen to a bathroom. I was all excited I got an Angemon (my fav from season 1) , but he just turned into a Devimon because Greymon ambushed me in town and murdered him when I had no items left after an adventure. I do hope one day to raise my first Ultimate, but it feels impossible!
I had this game when I was a kid. It was hard. I never even made it that far. But this was still an interesting game, even if it was more based on the original concept of "Digimon" and not the anime. Great video man, loved the "Express VPN" ad. :)
1:17 slight correction, Digital Monster Ver S was the first Digimon video game for consoles. It was released only on Sega Saturn and was never localized. Digimon World for PS1 is the first Digimon video game for home consoles released outside Japan.
I will always love my story as I was finishing Digimon World. It is such an odd game, but I'm glad that people can have an interesting and different road to the ending due to the partner changing and going down different branches.
The good news is that there is a remake of this game called Digimon World: Next Order and the training system/digimon life span is SIGNIFICANTLY more forgiving. And you actually have control of the digimon during a battle
I'm glad you mentioned the guide. I had it and as a kid it led me to more numemons than anything else. When i was a teen and figured it all out, I had to force myself to get a numemon so I could shove it in that monzaemon in toy town. Actually a pretty damn decent ultimate.
"He's Dead"
Leonmon's character development through Digimon series, which one? all of them
Leomon must be sean beans digital avatar.
Leomon is the Digimon equivalent of a dog in JoJo.
Adventure: we know what happened.
Tamers: offed by Beelzemon
Frontier: the kid with the spirit of something-Leomon is the only one to die.
Savers: Bancholeomon. He's a villian so I'm assuming he dies... Never watched this one.
X-Evokution movie: first scene.
Adventure Tri: THE SAME leomon dies for the third or fourth time......
Cross Wars: Madleomonis a one-off villian so dies.
And I remember this Digimon V-Tamers manga had a Leomon in it that could evolve into Iceleomon but I don't remember how it ends.
Possibly eaten by Arkadimon like half of all deaths in that manga.
And those are only the ones I could remember
@@OtakuJuanma2 Hang on, you were almost correct, I'll put my input on this.
Adventure 01: Dies to MetalEtemon.
Adventure 02: Doesn't appear/small cameo at the very end. SPARED.
Tamers: Brutally killed by Beelzemon
Frontier: Was an enemy as IceLeomon. Dies to Takuya/Agunimon.
Savers: There were two mega forms of Leomon. Saberleomon, the first one dies to Gizamon during his fight against the Data Squad. Bancholeomon who was the good one and who had merged with Marcus' dad, dies making the ultimate sacrifice to kill the Digimon God Yggdrasil.
Xros Wars: Was MadeLeomon, dies to Xros Heart but then is RESURRECTED as a Leomon after Taiki captures the Code Crown for Sword Land.
Boy Hunters: Doesn't appear. SPARED.
Adventure Tri: Dies to Meicoomon.

I went to the prehistoric zone, where times goes slow just to give them some more hours of life and tell him how much i loved him. Was a great Digimon, max int, max atk and max hp. He leaves a huge legacy and made most progress to the island.

He shall never be forgotten

I'll say, literally opposite direction of the city.
I did the same thing when I got Phoenixmon who is my favorite. It was so rewarding
This is what I call it "Anime Moment"
This is beautiful. I love it. I took had a Tyrannomon and as he was getting older I literally stopped playing the game so he wouldn't die since it was the only time I'd ever gotten anything other than a Numemon 😂
My digimon kept dying so one day I decided to train only HP so I got Tyrannomon. Best digimon ever to last and beat the game.

This made me have war flashbacks I managed to forget of getting the exact stats the guide told me multiple times and assuming I'd done something wrong somewhere over and over again before I thought to look it up online and had to go outside and scream a bit.
That said this was also my absolute favorite game as a kid, which says something about me...
Man, that guide was both the best and worst lie in the history of guides. Most evolution examples, wrong. And you had to fudge numbers a bit.
wELL THat explains a lot... Jesus no wonder I got ultimates more without the guide.
I felt that...
I'm no master, but I learned how to control the evolution without evo-item after many error and trials and looking at the guide.

@@justinth2120 what's the name of the game?
@@neitherlink6612 Digimon World Re:Digitize
17:56 So, each digimon has a set of requirements, then a number that defines how many of those requirements you need to meet. Leomon may have 35 moves as a requirement but he also requires less of his requirements than MegaSeadramon, meaning you could miss one or two and still get Leomon.
That's...........not actually how the digivolution system works in this game. There are 3 ways for a Digimon to digivolve, and they are as follows:
1) There are 4 statistics the game keeps track of, those being weight (you can be within 5 units of the weight you need),number of care mistakes, stats (things like HP, attack and speed, and the number listed is the minimum requirement for that stat), and bonus conditions.
@@matthewkuscienko4616 100% accurate comment

There is no easy way to explain this but I will try:
-You need to fulfill at least 3-4 conditions to be able to evolve.
Digimon is now better then Pokemon, hah even a Chinese rip off did better then the official
Thank you! This is the clearest explanation I've received!

And a couple NX digimon for hacker's memory. ) or even patched in (the Burst modes for the data squad digimon in original is an example. )
Also from what I understand the complete edition allows you to use all the digimon that were in Hacker's memory in the original and they put some of the mechanics from hacker's memory into the original.
The ps4 scene basically found what all the "best" teams were and just about all of online was that....that and hackers.

1) when you need to manofacture the bomb by getting first one of the ingredients as a drop by Triceramon and then placing the bomb behind Sepikmon's house (this took me a week to figure out, by then my digimon were overleveled as well)
2) the desert area, to be more specific the desert puzzles
>counter crest drop
that's lucky it really does makes the game easier
one thing that i really like about world 3 is how they expended upon the card game that was first introduced in world 1.
If you don't know about this... Then you can thank me later :)

Did you play next order on ps4?
"The game is fun but frustrating/Exhausting"
:
".... It is???"
Sometimes you just fall in love with games like these. I also forgot all about the frustration of starting this game from scratch once I got stated
@@Yakkosprite I always end up wondering these things. My brother says final fantasy 1 is frustrating but I've been playing it so long and so many times I can walk through the game without a walkthrough or help. I often wish I could erase my memories of these kind of games for 2 weeks and replay them as if it was the first time and see how I feel about them from a fresh perspective :I
Digimon is one of those series that the older I get the more I appreciate it.
When I was 10 I would play this game for hours on end. I had a notebook that I would write down evolutions and different requirements that I found through trial an error. Then when I moved it was thrown out.
AHHHH YESSSSSS IT'S FINALLY HERE
Also yes. Digimon is Pokemon with abs
I never liked Digimon until Pokemon ruined it with whore and shit (sword and shield) I'm pretty much done if this keeps up to gen 9 or that is the final gen, for now rather play the newest Digimon for the switch
JBGR Network I assume you mean war and shit and how exactly did that “ruin” the games for you?
@@yourdailysadisticfolkfromi6619 I'm honestly REALLY excited for Digimon Survive. It's been pretty quiet when it comes to that release lately but I'm hopeful for a 2020 release
Pokémon with abs...and boobs....LOTS of boobs...
Seriously, unlike Pokémon, Digimon isn’t afraid to throw some major T&A sex appeal at you with the feminine digimon.
They can range from kawaii waifu to some “fap to me, daddy” levels of horny in their designs.
Look up:
“Venusmon”
“Tinkermon”
“JetSilphymon”
“Sistermon”
“Ceresmon”
and “Meicrackmon VM” to see what I mean.
Pokemon with guns, tits, and abs, basically.
You can achieve the Bonus conditions without disipline if:
Your Greymon fought 30 battles, Metalgreymon has 2 bonus conditons. If so, disipline doesn't matter as the bonus if already fulfilled.
OR
ALL champions and ultimates have their bonus automatically fulfilled if they know more than a certain number of techniques/moves.
Are Cherubimon and MarineAngemon also in that game? Cherubimon is my 2nd favorite and MarineAngemon is my 4th.
I remember loving this game back in the day, great memories
I remember playing this game and a curious glitch happened to me on psx... i had a betamon. it digivolved into seadramon (cool!), i do one step, screen freezes, digievolution animation. seadramon turns into airdramon (super cool!). i'm happy, do one step, screen freezes, digievolution animation. aidramon turns into phoenixmon (super digicool!). so, i had the most OP stage 5 digimon 3 days old that was constatly fed with the fish that makes it live longer :)
TL;DR: glitch and betamon turned into phoenixmon withing a minute
Anyone else saw this?
Digi-know that your digi-destiny was to digi-valuate the digimon series when you first started to digi-valuate the digi-series?
I am digiconfused
_"Mega-hi!"_
I feel like if the evolution requirements were more lax and there were in game hints on how to get certain evolutions, it'd go a long way to improving Digimon World 1's problems.
Actually that was implemented in Digimon Re:Digitize
@@leixalkvinay2729 only in redigiyize ds version if i remember correctly
@@8lackz Both, the PSP and the 3ds versions, to the point where you need to do literally nothing to evolve into Nunemon.
This game is my favorite of the monster training/battle genre. I’ve done plenty of playthroughs of it and might revisit it because of this video.
I love every second of this episode billiam! Haha you really are an OG digidestine. 😂💕 thanks for this always!

What's the piano piece at 17:05 when Billiam becomes a determined father?
I traded this game with a friend for Beyblade cuz he really wanted it when we were kids. Regret is profound. lol
I feel your pain. But Beyblade for ps1 is a pretty great game
I love this franchise because of THIS game, Digimon World makes you care about your partner instead of getting it beat and tossing it on a "boo boo bing bing" healing machine without consequences. Great job on covering this game
Discovered your Channel while playing next order. Binged all the digimon Videos. Nice Work, really great to listen to while grinding

Didn't know Billiam stream game too o.o

Matt The Hero they can. The pokemons don’t have THAT much animation to begin with. And with the news of how they spawn in game assets, their coding is not as optimal as when Iwata was helping gamefreak develop pokemon

Tamagochi
I was more thinking: "Pokemon with abs? So what are those on the Machop family? Breasts?"
Digimon.
That nostalgic to me and in an unpopular opinion.
I liked digimon more than pokemon.
Yeah I know but now I say pokemon is better just because of the eeveelutions but this is super nostalgic to me.
I grew up with the nick toons re runs of the show though.
dude, are we the same person? Lol, I love digimon so much.
Why the eeveelutions? I like both but I'm just curious why that changed your mind
Having read the early comics and played way more of the games than I'm willing to admit... Digimon REALLY has a thing for poop
When you make raising a computer harder then raising a real pet....nice.
There is a remake of this game. Its for Ps4 called next world order.
It's technically a direct sequel no?
The remake is re digitazi. Next order is the sequel of the remake.
thanks for covering this game!
7:43 it's just following the source material.
