I found your channel a week or so ago and I enjoy it very much. I have that BMW though mine has black wheels. I watched the SC project video a moment ago and the looks, never mind sound and hp & weight improvements , is much more aesthetic. I have also put many of the accessories that you have. One thing I would mention is that I put Clearwater lights on my bike. The Billy rear brake light is worth its weight in gold. It comes with a bracket for your tag with a row of red led lights below. Quite bright. You can configure them to strobe if legal in your area. They definitely get the attention of a car on your rear. Very easy to program with the whiz wheel. I am curious where you live? Also I caught the name of one of your dogs, Milo. What is the other’s name. Maybe a proper introduction is in order. Geez they are beautiful ! Best!
I actually put the shampoo in the snow foam lance and snow foam the shampoo onto the bike …got to do mine this weekend after ride to Brecon Beacons 4 hours of rain. and BMW off road skills Brecon adventure ride
Loads of people seem to be a fan of ACF50, but really, it's only designed for aluminium parts and maybe electric connectors. It's not good for plastics/bodywork. I had to also go give mine a good wash this weekend. I use the Labocosmetica products - pre-wash, wash/coating. I have a full Labocosmetica ceramic coat on the bike, so washing is easy. Harder for me to wash mine, since I live in an apt, so no water source near my bike. But, I do have a battery powered washer, which does the job for me.
ACF50 is fine, loads of people use it , as have I for years. As Lear, the company that make it state "ACF-50 is safe on paint, most rubbers and is also excellent used on plastic trim without leaving the residue of silicon" . kept my Africa Twin looking like new. Even the Missenden Flyers old GS looks like new . Ride safe.👍
Love a blow dry. 😂 Had bikes for years seen this gimmick and laughed a few years later I own one it’s ace. Very careful in regards the wheels I ruined my last gs wheels when the bike was brand new 300 miles with muck off so this one’s been very meticulously maintained around the wheels.
You can use an electric leaf blower or the exhaust from a clean wet dry vac. There are wet vac hose extensions and connectors to make the exhaust hole smaller for stronger air flow.

Thanks for the comments . I will introduce the shepherds in the upcoming videos. I live on an island called jersey . Nice but a bit small !
Very nice. Need to do mine but balmy 24 degrees today and 9" of snow. Maybe another day.
Thanks.....time to go skiing then !
I use a small HVLP spray gun for the ACF 50 on my Tiger 800,Dosnt use as much as the pump bottle as its a fine mist and gets into all the nooks.
Thanks , I will look at that as I have tried a couple of other pump bottles and they have been.......rubbish. 👍
Rick B is your HVLP Gun electric or work of compressor, being thinking of getting one for a while ,any recommendations on brand
@colinclugston4757 I just got a compressor from screwfix and an amazon gun
Nice detailing...bike looks awesome!
Thanks . Had to let it get that dirty to try the new power washer out ! 🙈
Always good idea to ride 20-30 min after wash before you park it in the garage.
Whatever works for you, can't say I've done that in 40 plus years of bike riding .😁

Was wondering how you clean the gold spoked wheels ..

Nice work about time you cleaned it 🤣 looking good 👍
Indeed it was. Its one of the only bikes I ride in the rain as I enjoy it so much!
Why do you use WD-40 on the wheels as opposed to acf?
Acf near the tyres , it’s very slippy stuff .
@@gsd32i I put a tiny amount on a cloth and do the wheels. It seems to restore them after riding in winter.
The dogs look great, btw👍
@@Neiljitsu they are brilliant and I try to get them in the videos when I can 👍
More foam! 🤣
good job
😊

Yup, muck off left some strange marks on other bikes I've had, but that was a few years ago, possibly they have changed the formula now.
What dryer do you have?
I am away at the moment and will check when I get back home 👍

Auto Glym my friend!
