Taker probably didn't want to threaten Shawn because he wanted to see if Shawn would do the job and be a professional. He would later say he was ready to kick Shawn's ass if he didn't, but he probably didn't want to push him and threaten him until he actually did something else.
In other words, Shawn was actually doing right, and Taker didn't want to discourage it by continuously giving him stuff.
Man I wish the audio was a lot better on these, I find myself losing focus trying to listen to what they’re trying to say 😂
