@@maherbadhawi3512You spent countless hours building that relationship that with Arthur, when we met Senua Dillion was already gone. The fact this story can muster the same emotion in a quarter of the time shows how great the ending is.

Crazy how the main character was just one of the developers who did performance capture because they had no budget.
It's not crazy that they would look internally to save money/time. It's just crazy that they had this gal of such latent talent.
No they had the money for an actor that just felt she was the best person for the job.

That is a 2013 game. At this point if they made a Ryse 2 it will look like real life. The only way we get Ryse 2 is if Microsoft buys the studio.

Because it's a fixed camera.... You are basically seeing motion capture...there are actors who did that and motion capped the faces. Nothing special. It looks like a cutscene because it is.

I'm eager to immerse in another Senua's story thar really demonstrate that gaming/interactive media can be more than it's stereotype; bringing insight on serious topics and a more mature story.

Wow the graphics leap looks huge.
The ambient occlusion on Senua’s face/eyes alone is massively improved, which is deceptively huge in a game with so many closeups. Probably one of the biggest pushes out of the uncanny valley for in-game footage

It's mostly cutscene don't let them fool you. The game will play itself mostly with basic puzzles. Easy parry and dodge mechanics. It's basic story driven game.

That being said, some games aren't as bad as others at 30 FPS. This game looks like it won't be that bad at 30 FPS. It is a cinematic game with few camera panning moments

30 fps means the game's just unoptimized, because it most likely wont run well on PC rither

@@Marshmallow-ht8me nope, it’s also playable at 60fps with shittier graphics. This game is pushing UE5 to the limit. No console can run this at more than 30fps. Since FF7 on quality looks worse than this and runs at 30fps. We don’t know if this game will have a performance mode, most likely it won’t since graphic fidelity is one of the sellling points, but we do not have the technology on consoles to run these graphics at 60fps. Maybe on PC we do, and the game will be available there too.
