you mean you tried DRIED SHIITAKE Mushrooms? yep! i know, they smell bad. but it is okay and the smell will be gone if you cook (simmer). try this recipe or some other simmered recipes search "dried shiitake" in my channel ~ th-cam.com/video/s_WrQF_qVk8/w-d-xo.html
Watching this in 2020, I know the rice will not be good if out too long, anybody know how long can they be out and still be edible? Do you have to microwave after a specific amount of time?
