Something I think going unnoticed is Likely’s value in run blocking. He’s consistently demolishing a player if not taking 2 out the run play entirely w his frame alone. Cant speak enough about his value as a player on this team. Wishing the best for his health and career moving forward
If Henry didn’t break Kolar arm with friendly fire I don’t think our run game would’ve ever slowed down, but Likely has definitely improved his blocking
Trust me bro us real fans notice and the coaching staff notice that’s why he keeps getting assigned to it, if the rest of the league don’t notice oh well more open lanes for our run game 💯
I just remember watching that post game interview after the lose to Philly and Lamar said he just ready to go and he had a bye week and he wasn’t lying
If Lamar isn't MVP, while leading the NFL in most statistical categories for QBs and against the 3rd best SOS; I give up on trying to know what the award is for.
It seems like there's a determination not to give him MVP this year. I'm not sure what's behind it...call it political, prejudicial, or just plain petty, but it's obvious. I hope that dude continues to break off records and feats that can't be disputed...no matter how much the naysayers and haters try.
@@DrVenture45 I think, it’s purely narrative driven because the fact that he hasn’t reached a superbowl, and has 2 MVPs. It’s unfair, but fans and players have no control over it.
@@DrVenture45 It's fatigue, stop dreaming up magical biases when they aren't there. The MVP he got last year was in direct defiance of the statistical argument. Prescott had significantly better stats, way more touchdowns, and significantly more yards on a playoff team. The argument for Lamar last year was "eye test" and "he has no weapons". Well this year, he's the one WITH the weapons. Hell Henry is an MVP candidate with over 1700 yards (2nd), and 14 TD's (1st) while also averaging 5.8 YPC. Zay Flowers is a pro-bowl caliber receiver and he has two pro-bowl caliber TE's in Andrews and Likely while having one of the better O-lines in football. Conversely someone like Allen is doing it with less weapons, while having a better record, which was the EXACT SAME argument they used FOR Lamar last year. I honestly don't care who gets it at this point, I'm just pointing out the hypocrisy of NFL fans who seem to alter criteria year to year so that Lamar is the "obvious MVP pick". He SHOULD win it this year, the issue is more that he shouldn't have won it last year.
@@thisismyyoutubecommentacco6302 Wrong. The argument for Lamar last year was who he was doing it against. Its funny y'all constantly ignore this because it instantly blows up whatever narrative you are trying to spin. Last year Lamar played in the hardest division (ALL 4 teams finished with winning records) and had the hardest path to a 1 seed ever by beating a record breaking 11 .above 500 winning teams. His stats were against actual playoff teams. Meanwhile Dak beat one...yes ONLY ONE winning team last season while getting his stats vs bad teams all season. And that's exactly the difference this year because it's now Allen who has big numbers and a good record....yet only 2 wins vs winning teams. He has a losing record vs above .500 teams and his worst games (including one where he went 9-30 and another where he went head-to-head with Lamar and was benched in the 4th quarter) are against good teams. Stats are just useless numbers if you deliberately ignore their context.
What's awesome about Lamar this year is that he hasn't had one truly terrible game this season. His worst game arguably was the first Steelers game but a lot of that was dropped passed/fumbles and missed kicks from Tucker. The AFC Championship loss lit a fire under him and gave him unfinished business, and he's been playing consistently at a higher level than we've ever seen before.
Commentators quit comparing Lamar to Michael Vick. Lamar is in a class all by himself and has been since he got to the NFL. Compare Vick to Lamar if you want, but not the other way around. Lamar is 1 of 1!

100% he’s gotten much better, especially after a bad Week 16
The crazy part is that used to be his downfall was his blocking. Likely took that personal lol he def got way better since last season

LOVE MY RAVENS MAN
Please play like this in the playoffs 🤞🏾.. Bring that trophy back to BMORE !
Yes! 🙌🏻
💯
The Ravens are now 3-0 since Lamar’s mom cussed him out
W mom
W mom
How'd yall not show the 4th down stop?
Team is clicking at the perfect time let’s bring it all back home for Jacoby and Coach Joe!
Not having the 4th down stop by Ar'darius Washington at the goal line is a crime.
Anyone else notice how loud the flock was at this game?
I just remember watching that post game interview after the lose to Philly and Lamar said he just ready to go and he had a bye week and he wasn’t lying
Go Ravens go!!
That tuddy to Likely is so crazy dude. Lamar just does what he wants behind the line of scrimmage. Love this mf team
He threw the ball before Likely even cut back to the post.

It's funny how the commentator was talking about how good a RB Henry is a second before Lamar runs one in for a TD. lol. 3:23
VAMOS CUERVOS SALUDOS DESDE COLOMBIA ¡¡¡¡¡
Eso!!!! Bienvenidos Fredy a Baltimore!
Please do this in the playoffs 😂
Bullock, 21, is a ball hawk, and good tackler. Impressive.

The Ravens have beaten every team in the AFC playoff race except the Chiefs by a toe

Lamar’s mother did not cuss him out. His agent cussed him out.
