She's too inexperienced, I think she should have joined Woolim as a trainee, a year or more at the agency would do her good. But for Natty, I would say she is much more talented naturally, when she joined sixteen as a 13 year old, she haven't had a full year of training and yet she could still do amazing things such as choreograph, etc.
