I tried this recipe for dinner tonight and it turned out bomb delicious. I have always made another way but this was way better tasting and even easier. Using chicken thigh meat was definitely tastier and chicken stayed soft and juicy. Thank you for this tip and the recipe. Hi, can we use chopped/diced tomatoes instead of the puree? Would anything change in the entire recipe?
