Mouthwatering Spicy Chicken Jalfrezi Must Try Recipe for Ramadan 2024 in Urdu Hindi - RKK

Take a pan
Turn on stove on medium high flame
Add 2 Tbs oil in pan
Let it get warm
After add yellow , red, green bell pepper
2 medium size onion
2 split jalapeno pepper
2 split sarano pepper
Add all of them in oil
Then high up the flame and mix them a bit
Take material out in tray
Then add 2tbs oil again in empty pan .
Add the following
8 dry pepper
White Cumin ½ teaspoon
Crushed Garlic 2 Tbs
Mix them well
Fried onion ½ cup
Then at this point medium up up the flame
Add 2 Tbs water
Add chicken breast chunks 1kg
After 4 minutes mixing
Add the following
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Kashmiri chili powder 1 Tbs
Red chili powder 2 Tbs
Chicken powder 1 tsp
Garam masala ½ teaspoon
White pepper ½ teaspoon
½ teaspoon salt
2tbs water
Mix mix mix
After 5 minutes
Add 4tbs water( as needed )
Cover the pan
Flame- medium low
After 8- 12 mins
Check the chicken cooked or not
Add 3 Tbs vinegar
2tbs sauya sauce
Hot sauce 4tbs
4tbs ketchup
5tbs tomato puree
After it gets boil add vegetable material that we made before
Mix mix mix
After few mins
It's ready
