You can get a unique game over screen in Chapter 9. When following Luca, if he gets pulled over and taken out of his vehicle by the cops it will say he failed to arrive at his destination.
He got pulled over and arrested when I played it years ago but it was when Vito pulls up to wait for him to go inside so the game just had me stuck there😂
I played again and found out you can go in through the basement!!! On ground level there is the "regular" entry window, when facing it, the roof is to your left, there is a hatch to your right for shoveling charcoal to the boiler room, you can enter there and it'll bring you straight to the alarm!!!!
There is another one in Balls and Beans When you're done with Luca at the end of the mission, if you change your clothes before heading back to the bar to be clean of the sewage, the bar patrons won't be disgusted with the smell and Eddie will say nice threads

There’s another secret cutscene in Joes Adventures. You can either kill the guards protecting the witness or you can sneak past them by climbing on the boxes and passing via the scaffolding. If you successfully get past the guards without alerting them, it’ll trigger a small cutscene of the witness chilling by the fire place and Joe surprising the shit out of them. The attention to detail in 2 was great.

What I would give for a proper Mafia 2 remake with all the cut content added to the game. Buying a gun-license from Giuseppe to the little sidequests that you were able to accept initially.
How much cut content is there? Cause after recently revisiting the game after nearly a decade with a more competent and attentive guise, I could easily see the flaws in narrative, dialogue, gameplay etc. The story also felt rushed towards the end; As if It could have benefited from a handful more chapters...
@@S1lverArr0w There were supposed to be multiple endings for example. Things as a purchaseable weapon license, side quests, etc. Look for the gameplay footage they showed at E3 or Gamescom back then, cant remember which, but they showed real gameplay of it back then.
I didn’t know you could escape out the window in chapter 3 only the window downstairs in the bathroom I thought lol I’ve beat this game over 80 times too fail lol
You can also get out through the kitchen downstairs, just have to be patient. Wait for Henry to go upstairs and into the rooms ( usually if he goes to the living room it's the best, cause then he goes to the bathroom, so you have time) , then observe a guy who's patrolling around the stairs and can easily get around him, and boom it's done. I know because I failed it like 10 times, was about to just abandon the trophy 😂😂

It's right across from the fence you climb over, and puts you closer to the alarm disable room then going through the building. I also went in through the way he exits since I messed up taking out one of the guards and they were too suspicious to get up either staircase
Also, apartment where Francesca lives is not marked on map, so people remembered the location and went to check it, and they did it after specific mission, after prison. Probably less than 1% of players did this, since apartment is not marked on map, and since objective says catch up with Joe they went straight to Joe's since you cant manually save between missions to explore more of the city

That’s not a secret anything, if you arrive with clean clothes it will skip the cutscene where Eddie tells you to change your clothes.

I have played this game at least 5 or 6 times and didnt know I can disable the alarm.
Kinda pissed me off that he goes on about "no shooting" when nobody fired a single shot.

In chapter 11 there is also 2 non cutscenes where you are caught by either Henry or one of the other people
